About this apartment rental
Located on Hermannstraße—a quiet street in the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, in the second row parallel to the promenade—our cozy vacation apartments “Admiral” and “Seegras” are available for your stay. Use the “Hübner” Hotel, with its glass dome roof, as a landmark; it’s halfway between the “Neptun” Hotel and the lighthouse. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The building was completely modernized in 1998 and meets modern standards. The “Admiral” apartment, which was fully renovated in 2012, is located on the 2nd floor and offers exceptional comfort and coziness. The beach is just around the corner along the promenade (approx. 150 m). From the spacious balcony, you can enjoy the view of a green courtyard and, to the side, the beach.
A private parking space (No. 84) is available for a fee at the “Residenz im Kurpark” across the street.
Layout: Living room with sleeper sofa (please note that the sleeper sofa has two different reclining heights), bedroom with double bed (2nd TV), bathroom with shower, washing machine, drying rack, and hair dryer, kitchen with refrigerator (with freezer compartment), ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dishwasher, living area approx. 55 sqm for up to 4 people, balcony with seating, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is for non-smokers only.
The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).
Right next door, you can rent the “Seegras” vacation apartment for 2–4 people, allowing two families or groups of friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation together.
PLEASE NOTE: Short-notice road and pipeline renovation work on Hermannstrasse from July through, tentatively, the end of September 2023. You cannot reach the vacation rental directly by car; however, the parking space in the underground garage across the street remains available for a fee. There may be some disruptions and noise; we apologize for any inconvenience.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, and more—all just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Parking space/Admir: €8.00 per night
