Our apartment is located in a prime location directly on the beach promenade of Warnemünde. The apartment is 60 square meters and has a balcony overlooking the promenade, it is comfortably furnished and has the following amenities : - kitchen with microwave, grill, ceramic hob and dishwasher- bathroom / WC with shower- bedroom for 2 persons- living room with additional sleeping possibility for 2 persons on pull-out sofa bed (140 x 190), radio, DVD player, large flatscreen TV, Internet * - highchair and travel cot are available if required no pets, non smokingFor your car according to availability, we also offer an optional extra parking space or garage parking in the protected area (for a fee) at the house.

In a newly renovated in 2008. beach villa .All waiting apartments, overlooking the beach promenade or Baltic Sea, were the first October 2009 completed and furnished as a comfortable holiday. To reach the central places and sights, you do not need a car, because you live in a great location - right on the beach between the Hotel Neptun and the light tower of Warnemuende. 25% deposit of the total price within 7 days of booking on account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival to our account. The tax is calculated by the proprietor in the deposit. Arrival from 17. 00 o'clock departure until 13. 00 o'clock
Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 20:00 and departures from 10:00 to 13:00.
