About this apartment rental
Vacation in Warnemünde! Just about 150 meters from the beach and right next to Warnemünde’s Kurpark, the wonderful “Ostseetraum” vacation apartment—approximately 78 square meters in size, with a sunny balcony and an attached garage—awaits you on the 3rd floor. You can reach your vacation apartment via the building’s elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located directly on Warnemünde’s Kurpark, the approximately 78-square-meter “Ostseetraum” vacation apartment is on the 3rd floor and features a spacious living room (TV, radio), kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a very nice bathroom with a tub and hair dryer, two balconies (with a side view of the sea), and laminate flooring. The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. You’ll feel right at home! Please note: There is a half-flight of stairs between the elevator and the apartment.
The apartment is for non-smokers only. A garage is available free of charge on the rear property.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,, dish towels, and a shower mat).
The beach and Warnemünde’s town center are just a few steps away.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability has 100% disability and a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:

- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
