Comfortable 60m² apartment for 4 people with loggia

This beautiful 3-room vacation apartment on the first floor, quietly located at the back of the building, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in its 60 square meters of space. The spacious living area, with its cozy sitting area and dining table, invites you to relax, while the open, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a 3-star compartment, a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking even while on vacation. Particularly charming are the floor-to-ceiling windows behind the dining area, which open fully and create a sheltered, south-facing loggia-like atmosphere—so you can sit and relax almost as if you were outdoors, no matter the weather.

The apartment features two lovingly furnished bedrooms. In the larger bedroom, a comfortable double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, and a large closet offers ample storage space. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also includes a closet—perfect for children or traveling companions. A high chair is also available. The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine and offers everything you need, even for longer stays.

Please note that the elevator in the building does not stop at the apartment’s level, and there are a few steps to climb.
