Vacation in Warnemünde! “Villa Hannah” was newly built in 2006, just about 200 meters from the beach and right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. On the first floor, you’ll find the wonderful “Captain’s Lounge,” which is approximately 90 square meters in size, featuring a sunny balcony and an underground parking space. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Located directly on Warnemünde’s Kurpark, the approximately 90-square-meter “Captain’s Lounge” vacation apartment on the first floor features a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), two bedrooms (each with a double bed)—one bedroom has a 2nd TV, a beautiful bathroom (floor heating) with a tub, walk-in shower, and hair dryer, a sunny, south-west-facing balcony terrace of about 26 m² with a beach chair, cable TV, radio/CD/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and fully tiled floors. The apartment is designed for 4 people and has been furnished to a high standard. You’ll feel right at home!
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,, dish towels, and a shower mat).
An underground parking space in the Kurhaus garage is available for a fee. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. A bike rack is available on the rear property for your bicycles. The beach and Warnemünde’s town center are just a few steps away.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled (80% or more), accompanying persons only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
