Vacation at Haus Juliane! Just a few steps from the church square and a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, we offer 8 vacation apartments of various sizes, accommodating 2–4 people, for a relaxing vacation in Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 47-square-meter, two-room “Küstenlinie” vacation apartment on the second floor comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment was partially refurnished in 2023 with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need here, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a double sofa bed, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The vacation apartment is reserved for non-smokers. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony (divided into two sections).
The apartment’s initial supply includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here for a fee.
You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples who are friends or families.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night

Top Ferienwohnung, gute Lage , direkt neben Edeka, nur das Personal im Büro ist sehr unfreundlich, bei Anreise nur „zahlen sie bar oder mit Karte?" Keinen schönen Aufenthalt gewünscht, bei Abreise dasselbe „legen sie den Schlüssel auf den Tresen ", also das Personal sollte eindeutig eine Schulung bekommen
