Vacation at Haus Juliane! Just a few steps from the church square and a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, we offer 8 vacation apartments of various sizes for a relaxing vacation in Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished vacation apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 47-square-meter, two-room “Seesand” vacation apartment on the second floor comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment was partially refurbished in 2023 with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities here, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, and the bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The vacation rental is for non-smokers only. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony (divided into two sections).
The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here for a fee.
You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples who are friends or families.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
