About this apartment rental
This apartment building, centrally located in Warnemünde, is just about 200 meters from the beach. In the “Leuchtturm,” “Strandkorb,” “Dünennest,” and “beach” vacation apartments, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. From here, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect vacation right nearby—the Alten Strom, the train station, the beach, and shopping. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-appointed vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
Just about 150 meters from the beach, our “Leuchtturm” vacation apartment is available to you at Anastasiastr. 18, on the rear lot. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away.
The spacious duplex apartment spans the first floor and first floor, with a living area of approximately 60 square meters. On the first floor, you’ll find the spacious kitchen-dining area, the living room (TV/radio/CD/free Wi-Fi), and the bathroom with a corner tub and a hair dryer. On the upper floor (please note the relatively steep staircase) is the bedroom (2nd TV/DVD) with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people and features laminate flooring. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secured parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
