About this apartment rental
In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50, not far from the central church square. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 50-square-meter, two-room “Seefreude” vacation apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is equipped with all the amenities you need, including a double sofa bed, TV/radio/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, newly renovated in 2015, is equipped with a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment features a hallway. This vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers.
The initial amenities for the apartment include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The “Seefreude” and “Seeseite” apartments are located directly across from each other and have their entrances in a quiet, secluded corner of the hallway. In addition, this area features another large window with a great view of the town, so that when you rent these two apartments, all six large arched windows combine to make the view of the town a dream come true.
The “Seegang” apartment is located on the same floor. It’s the perfect addition to these two apartments if you’d like to vacation with up to 12 friends or 3 families.
On Weidenweg, you can rent a garage, provided it’s available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Garage dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 5.60 x 2.80 x 2.00 m.
Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
