In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This cozy, 2-room “Seemann” vacation apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 4 people and measures approximately 36 square meters. Here in the living area, which features a double sofa bed and an open kitchen, you’ll find all the amenities you need, such as cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The high-quality bathroom features a toilet and shower. The apartment features historic wooden flooring and is reserved for non-smokers. Enjoy a nice glass of wine on the separately accessible rooftop terrace.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The Seemann and Seeterrasse apartments are located right next to each other. Ideal for two couples who are friends and want a little more space, or for two families who are friends, or for an extended family.
On Weidenweg, you can rent a garage, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
