In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Alexandrine” vacation apartment is available to guests on the mezzanine level of a building on Alexandrinenstraße. Private parking space in the underground garage, about 100 meters away. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Alexandrine” vacation apartment is available to guests on the mezzanine level on Alexandrinenstraße. Shopping options are nearby, and the beach is about 300 m away.
Our quietly located “Alexandrine” vacation apartment is approximately 52 square meters in size and features a living room, two bedrooms with double beds, a small shower room (approximately 80 cm wide) with a hair dryer, a kitchen, and a small closet. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen unit, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as an extendable dining table. The apartment is fully carpeted. In the living room, you’ll find cable TV, a radio, a CD player, a Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi.
The vacation rental is for non-smokers only and offers enough space for 4 people. Pets are not allowed. You can relax in the small courtyard and store your bicycles there.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
A free parking space (No. 13) is available just a few steps away in the underground parking garage/Möwenblickpassage at Alexandrinenstr. 114, on the corner of the fourth cross street. Please note that the maximum height in the underground garage is 1.80 m.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—all right around the corner.

Wer den ddr charme sucht, liegt mit der whg. richtig. Die whg. könnte eine modernisierung gut vertragen, das bad ist einfach zu klein. Sauberkeit ist alles gut, die lage der whg. super, zum strand oder zum alten strom 2 minuten gehweg. Alles in allem find ich die whg. ,mit dieser einrichtung, zu teuer.

Unterkunft ist gut; Betten bequem. Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super - dicht am Strand und der Mole.
Internet Verbindung war langsam. Die Duschkabine ist ziemlich klein und der dazugehörige Ventilator rattert wie eine Rakete beim start. Die Ausstattung ist etwas ältlich, aber es ist doch gemütlich.

Bis auf das sehr kleine Bad hatten wir genug Platz. Die Küche ist ausreichend bestückt. Uns hat es gefallen, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag draussen waren. Gerne wieder.
