About this apartment rental
In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-appointed vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 45-square-meter, two-room “Seegang” vacation apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room, which features an open-concept kitchen, is equipped with all the amenities you need, including a double sofa bed, TV, radio, and DVD player. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom, newly renovated in 2015, is equipped with a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment features hardwood floors. This vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers.
Right next door on the same floor, the vacation rentals "Seeseite" and "Seefreude" are available, each accommodating 4 people.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Garage dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 5.60 x 2.80 x 2.00 m.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
