In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Utkiek” and “Alexandrine” vacation apartments at Alexandrinenstr. 106 are available for vacationers. Shopping options are nearby, and the beach is about 300 meters away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the heart of Warnemünde, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the Alter Strom, the “Utkiek” vacation rental is available to guests on the 2nd floor at Alexandrinenstr. 106. You’ll find shopping options nearby, and the beach is about 300 m away.
Our quietly located “Utkiek” vacation apartment is approximately 57 square meters in size and features a living room, 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.90 x 1.60), one bedroom with two single beds (80 cm each), a small bathroom with a bathtub, shower enclosure, and hair dryer (please note the step leading to the bathroom), a separate toilet, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in kitchen set, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a dining table. The apartment is fully carpeted. In the living room, you’ll find a TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi.
Please note the steep staircase leading to the 2nd floor, which has no landing.
The vacation rental is for non-smokers only and offers enough space for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
You can store your bicycles in the small courtyard.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.
