About this apartment rental
In the heart of Warnemünde, we offer vacation apartments of various sizes as your vacation home. The apartments are located not far from the central church square, at Fr.-Franz-Str. 50. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Alter Strom, the train station, or the beach. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
This approximately 40-square-meter, two-room “Seefrische” vacation apartment on the mezzanine level can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area, which features an open-concept kitchen, offers all the amenities you need, including cable TV, DVD player, radio, and free Wi-Fi. Veranda with a double sofa bed. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. The apartment features restored original wooden floorboards and is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial supply includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
The “Seefrische” and “Seewind” apartments are located right next to each other. Ideal for two couples who are friends and want a little more space, or for two families who are friends, or for an extended family.
You can rent a garage on Weidenweg, provided it is available on your desired dates. Please note that there is no snow removal service in the garage complex.
Garage dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 5.60 x 2.80 x 2.00 m.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—all just around the corner.
