Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment, “Meeresrauschen,” located in the “Bernstein” building in Warnemünde, measures approximately 70 square meters and accommodates 2 to 4 people. You can easily reach your apartment from the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne” buildings, was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we are offering newly and tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.
Our spacious two-room vacation apartment “Meeresrauschen” in the “Bernstein” building, which was modernized and newly furnished in 2020, is approximately 70 square meters in size and accommodates 2 to 4 people. The building has an elevator, allowing you to easily reach your vacation home. The living room, featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, and free Wi-Fi, boasts a large glass front with electric blinds opening onto the sunny south/west-facing terrace and is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a cozy seating area. The bedroom features a double bed. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Feel free to use the modern bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the spa gardens.
The apartment includes a free underground parking space (No. 47) in the building. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room. Beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a hair dryer, a large vanity with two sinks, and a washing machine.
The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers. A warm and cozy living atmosphere awaits you.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
