Just about 100 meters from the Baltic Sea beach in Warnemünde! Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment, “Seemuschel,” located on the 1st floor of Haus Düne, measures approximately 63 square meters and is designed for 2 people (watch Sky Bundesliga for free). You can easily reach your apartment and the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne” buildings, was built in 2008 right next to the Warnemünde spa park. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we are offering newly and tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.
Our modern, spacious 2-room “Seemuschel” vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the “Düne” building measures approximately 63 square meters and is designed for 2 people. The building has an elevator, allowing you to easily reach your vacation home. The living room (HDTV/radio/CD player, free Wi-Fi, free access to Sky Bundesliga) features a large glass front opening onto the south/west-facing balcony and is furnished with a couch, two armchairs, and a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a second TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer is also available. You can use the washing machine and dryer in the apartment. You can park your bicycles in the bike storage room and your car in the underground garage free of charge. The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
