Within sight of the Baltic Sea beach, Villa “Diana” is centrally located on Kurhausgarten. From here, it’s just 200 meters to the beach promenade, and the train station is a 10-minute walk away. Our vacation apartments “Koje,” “Windrose,” and “Perle” look forward to welcoming you. Dear guests, a warm welcome to Villa DIANA! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and restaurants. At Villa “Diana,” we offer a variety of tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people. Parking spaces are available on-site.
The “Koje” vacation apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people. This bright, welcoming apartment on the 2nd floor features 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a sunny west-facing rooftop terrace. Living room with a large flat-screen TV, MagentaTV, free Wi-Fi, corner couch, and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The large rooftop terrace is accessible from one of the bedrooms. The apartment is for non-smokers only. A free parking space is available at the building.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, golf course, kiteboarding and windsurfing, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
