The Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen is a small, tranquil town right on the Baltic Sea, located halfway between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde (both about 15 minutes away by car). These towns are all connected by a European cycle route and offer wonderful bike rides of any length you choose!
Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can reach the natural beach in just a few minutes on foot. The swimming beach, featuring a lovely beach restaurant, is just a 10-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk away.
You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive and relax immediately!
Both of our semi-detached homes are tastefully and comfortably furnished in a country-style design with great attention to detail. Enjoy the very best of the Baltic Sea atmosphere!
Both the first floor and the upper floor feature underfloor heating, and the fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth on colder days.
The lovingly selected pieces of furniture will delight you from the moment you walk in. There’s no shortage of decorations and beautiful artwork!
For our book-loving guests, a cozy armchair with a reading lamp awaits in the beautifully furnished living room.
Of course, each half of the house is equipped with LED TVs (in the living room and both upstairs bedrooms), as well as a radio with a CD player.
The two newly installed kitchens are fully equipped and leave nothing to be desired.
If you’re traveling with a group, two bathrooms with showers and toilets ensure a relaxing spa-like experience.
There are two bedrooms on each floor; all are furnished with light-colored, stylish furniture, and with beds measuring 180/160 cm wide, you’re sure to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
The converted attic (headroom approx. 1.7 m) offers a cozy living and sleeping area for two people. It is accessible via the open staircase inside the house.
On the terrace and in the fenced-in garden, you’ll find outdoor furniture, including two lounge chairs. In addition, several bicycles are available for each unit.

This house is wonderful! So much space and the decor is just perfectly beachy & fresh. It was great having a washing machine! So essential when you have young kids. The showers were so lovely and relaxing! I will dream about them. The house is walking distance from the beach and shops and restaurants which was incredible. BUT there are some things the owner needs to change: 1.) there were no sharp knives in the kitchen for chopping or so when you are cooking and also no oven mitts or anything to safely grab hot items from the oven 2.) There were WAYYYY too many things in the cabinets so you have nowhere to put any groceries (besides the fridge). 3.) There is a grill but there were NO grilling utensils.
