About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental, “WellenSpiel,” is located directly on the Alter Strom in Warnemünde, across from the new marina. This elegant, single-story 3-room vacation rental was renovated in 2016 and partially refurnished (approx. 70 square meters, designed for 4 people). A small private courtyard with a beach chair provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Alter Strom. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished “WellenSpiel” vacation rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The large open-concept living area features a sitting area, a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV with radio/CD/DVD player, and opens onto the kitchen. The two bedrooms each have either a double bed or two single beds (2nd TV/DVD). The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. You can use a very nice shower room with two sinks and a hair dryer, as well as a separate guest restroom. On the terrace in the courtyard, you can enjoy a book or a good glass of wine. We ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dishes, and a shower mat).
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/pet bed: €5.00 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
