About this apartment rental
Just about 50 meters from the Alter Strom in Warnemünde and a few minutes from the beach, you’ll find the well-appointed “Kobold” vacation apartment, featuring a large, sunny balcony. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Alter Strom and the Baltic Sea beach.
Located on the first floor, with approximately 80 square meters of living space, featuring a spacious living room, an open-concept kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a second TV in one bedroom, a very nice bathroom with a tub and shower as well as a hair dryer, two sunny balconies, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and fully equipped with laminate flooring and underfloor heating. The “Kobold” vacation apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people. You’ll feel right at home! The apartment is for non-smokers only.
Please note: there is an open metal spiral staircase leading to the building entrance.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at €6 per night.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to 5 years old, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:

- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
