We’re the team behind the Alex 12 vacation rental! With a passion for detail and a zest for life, we hope to put a smile on every guest’s face!
In addition, all apartments feature a spacious living room, a built-in kitchenette, and a fully equipped bathroom. A small balcony with seating invites you to enjoy an aperitif or a game night outdoors. Furthermore, the Warnemünde/Rostock area offers a varied range of activities for every type of vacationer!
Welcome to Alex 12—our beautiful Hanseatic townhouse is located on the quiet Alexandrinenstraße 12 in the center of Warnemünde. From here, it’s just a few steps to the “Alter Strom” and Warnemünde’s Baltic Sea beach.
The house is divided into 3 apartments (first floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor).
Up to 4 people can enjoy their vacation together in these comfortably furnished 3-room vacation apartments.
The two separate bedrooms add to the exceptional comfort of these 80–90-square-meter apartments.
