Just about 50 meters from the Alter Strom in Warnemünde and a few minutes from the beach, the high-quality TOP vacation apartment “Ich will ans Meer” is available for your stay.
A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a vacation apartment that was newly and luxuriously furnished in 2022 in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Ich will ans Meer” apartment has been lovingly and thoughtfully furnished to a high standard. It spans the ground and upper floors; please note the spiral staircase between the levels.
Through a narrow entrance—the typical “Warnemünder Tüsche”—you’ll reach the first floor entryway, which features a coat closet, washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV), and a walk-in shower/toilet with a hair dryer. Just outside, you can enjoy a good book in your small seating area in the courtyard. The “Tüsche” is too narrow for large strollers.
The upper floor is divided into a large living room with an exclusive built-in kitchen equipped with everything you need (flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi), a seating area, and a dining area. The top-of-the-line built-in kitchen, complete with a Senso Pad coffee machine, leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy a good glass of wine on the sunny balcony.
Additionally, there’s another bedroom with a double bed (3.TV) and an exclusive bathroom (walk-in shower) with a hair dryer.
Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
The apartment’s initial supplies include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
The building is located in a pedestrian zone.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent locked
parking spaces from us, starting at 6 €/night.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
