We strongly recommend staying away from this house.
The view.
We had several problems during our stay. Unfortunately, the house was like staying on a construction site with a lot of noise and dust during the day. They were repairing the roof of the building, machine removing tiles, etc. The noise was so loud that it was not possible to communicate at all during working hours. So, in the daytime we had to leave the house every day. In addition, there was a lot of humidity inside the house, resulting in a strong smell that also infected our clothes. One should not sleep inside the house due to fungal growth on walls and ceiling. None of these serious issues were informed in the booking process, nor before arriving. We strongly recommend staying away from this house.

posizione davvero fantastica con vista eccezionale. la villa è dimensionata in modo da ospitare 8/10 persone comodamente offrendo spazi ampi vivibili e ben organizzati.
Malgrado la comunicazione anticipata dell'orario di check tra le 17 e le 18, confermata durante il viaggio, l'incaicato ci ha comunicato il giorno dell'arrivo di poter essere da noi solo alle 19.00 causa altri check in da effettuare, creandoci del disagio dovendo pensare a spesa ed altro... ( l'organizzazione non dovrebbe pesare sul Cliente, soprattutto se l'arrivo è nell'orario consentito e comunicato con un congruo preavviso). Non è evidenziato in descrizione che vi è un percorso non adatto a tutti dal parcheggio all'abitazione: persone con disabilità o anziane avrebbero difficoltà. Abbiamo trovato wifi non funzionante e phon (1 solo per due bagni e 10 persone) non scaldava. In generale, qualche intervento manutentivo in più alla struttura, soprattutto i muri anche interni, potrebbe essere opportuno, vista la naturale presenza di umidità. Sarebbe apprezzabile inoltre far trovare dell'acqua, giusto qualche bottiglietta, come sovente accade, soprattutto considerata la logistica.
