Comfortable and pleasant stay

Location was good, apartment is nice and spacious. Parking was excellent. Overall its a pleasant stay we enjoyed balcony it was big and nice view.

In My room AC and TV does not worked can be improved here, but since weather was good we did not required that.

Really nice experience of a new place, recommended for a shorter stay 3-5 days

Great service through the concierge at WhatsApp, helped us with some missing items and restaurant booking. Good pizza nearby and a cosy little village with great access to a large beach and some small ones. Very nice beaches to be reache within 30 mins by car.

Shop before you get there, need to go by car to get to a decent supermarket, but not far (maybe 5 mins). Recommend Carrefour Express in Ameglia which is closest. Missed a few items in apartment, this was sorted very quickly so not a big problem.

Amazing location

The appartment is amazing. We had a free upgrade with the patio which was breathtaking. You have a beautifull view from there. In 3 minutes you walk to a free beach. The village is very quiet and small, but there's a nice restaurant and supermarktet nearby (Conad, 5 min drive). Back to the appartment: very large, modern, clean, amazing shower(!), and you have everything you need. I really wanted to stay longer, we only stayed 2 nights.

We had contact with the company behind the appartments, they respond really slow and unkind via Whatsapp. Because we booked last-minute (we were on travel through Italy) we had some urgent questions.

unica cosa bella è che per aprire il cancello chiami un numero di telefono quindi 0 chiavi da portare in giro

- in cucina per aprire l'acqua calda devi girare rubinetto su acqua fredda e viceversa - solo un misero attaccapanni in bagno, ma nulla in sala/camera per le giacche - vetri sporchi per non dire sporchissimi - condizionatore installato storto e diciamolo bastava poco per metterlo dritto e denota poca attenzione al particolare - alcune ragnatele - a disposizione 4 rotoli di carta igienica quelli da 1 euro che quindi cnon 2 strappi sono finiti (siamo in 5 alla sera erano gia finiti) - nemmeno un orologio appeso, niente di niente anche qui poca attenzione - il paese invece un mortorio, ok eravamo a natale, ma mi aspettavo almeno un filino di vita, nulla 0, tutto chiuso si il 24,25,26 dicembre tutto chiuso (panificio pizzerie, macellaio, negozietti) nulla di nulla aperto.

Struttura sporca, ci hanno messo in una stanza per due in 5. Le coperte erano sporche, due hanno dormito su un divano letto matrimoniale tutto rotto e uno su una brandina in cui nemmeno c’era la coperta. Un ragazzo ha dormito senza maglietta e si è svegliato coperto di bolle

Die Wohnung entsprach leider nicht den Beschreibungen und Bildern auf der Homepage. Auf den Fotos wirkte sie deutlich gepflegter und moderner, als sie tatsächlich war. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir Hundehaare im frisch bezogenen Bett, und der Matratzenbezug schien schon länger nicht gewechselt worden zu sein. Auch im Küchenbereich gab es Verschmutzungen – in der Mikrowelle waren gelbe Flecken, und auf den Arbeitsflächen sowie dem Geschirr befanden sich ebenfalls Hundehaare. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war insgesamt nicht ausreichend, und das vorhandene Geschirr war größtenteils schmutzig. Auch das Badezimmer war in keinem sauberen Zustand – besonders die Dusche war deutlich verdreckt. Wir haben sämtliche Mängel sowohl dem Vermieter als auch über Booking gemeldet. Leider zeigte sich der Vermieter wenig kulant und kam unseren Vorschlägen zur Lösung nicht nach. Schließlich konnten wir nur in eine andere Wohnung wechseln. In der zweiten Wohnung funktionierte zwar das Internet, jedoch kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Duschabfluss, und eine der Klimaanlagen war verschimmelt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die gute Lage – die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch enttäuscht, da Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service nicht dem entsprachen, was wir erwartet hatten.

Soggiorno interrotto, esperienza deludente per condizioni igieniche e gestionali

L’appartamento era pervaso da un forte e persistente odore di cane bagnato, percepibile in ogni angolo, persino all’interno dell’armadio. La pulizia era stata chiaramente trascurata, segno evidente di una gestione negligente. Dopo aver segnalato le condizioni, il locatore ha risposto esclusivamente tramite messaggio, senza proporre alcuna soluzione immediata. Questo atteggiamento è stato particolarmente deludente e ha contribuito a rendere l’esperienza ancora più spiacevole. Sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione all’igiene e un approccio più rispettoso e reattivo nei confronti degli ospiti.

La posizione

La struttura era pulita, grande comodità Il parcheggio. Però non c'era un armadio pe tappe sereni vestiti, cioè c'era ma di quelli molto alti e con una sola gruccia. Mi dispiace non aver trovato nulla nella cucina, neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua come accoglienza. Non ci è piaciuto il maggiordomo virtuale, il prezzo troppo alto per le finiture e la qualità dell'appartamento, una tenda era strappata, il wc non aveva una tavoletta della giusta misur... insomma apparentemente niente di grave Però per quello che è costato ormai in bassa stagione mi aspettavo di meglio. Anche considerando altre recensioni lette qui. Chi ha interagito con noi via messaggio A volte si è fatto attendere a volte le risposte sono state celeri. Il check in fatto da noi non mi è piaciuto Cioè manco l'impegno di tirarsi giù i dati degli ospiti. Comunque le nostre richieste sono state attese subito.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare

Posizione ottima vicino al mare. Appartamento spazioso e con grande balcone vista mare. Le istruzioni sono chiare e puntuali per accede ed utilizzare cancello. Gentilezza e cordialità degli host sono sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

L’appartamento potrebbe essere curato maggiormente nei dettagli e la pulizia potrebbe essere più attenta. Purtroppo anche un po’ rumoroso.

Vicina alla spiaggia, arredamento moderno, personale disponibile alle esigenze, donne delle pulizie gentilissime, appartamento carino e ben tenuto.

Appartamento indecente, invaso dall’odore di fogna

Posizione ottima.

Siamo stati in questa struttura con due bambini piccoli e l’esperienza è stata disastrosa. All’ingresso, muri sporchi e tende squarciate. Ma il peggio è stato l’odore costante e nauseabondo di fogna che ha invaso tutta la casa. Il bagno aveva evidenti segni di perdite: il muro era impregnato di liquame, probabilmente da uno scarico rotto. Dopo la segnalazione, hanno sistemato il tubo, ma il danno era fatto: l’odore è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno. Il piatto doccia non scarica correttamente e l’acqua ristagna. Nessuna soluzione concreta: niente cambio alloggio, nessun rimborso, solo un inutile 10% di sconto su una futura prenotazione se prenotiamo direttamente con loro. Una vergogna. Sconsigliato.

En smutsig upplevelse

Först och främst - Att detta boende kan ha så pass bra betyg och vara ”4+” är ett av livets mysterium? Inget betyg är vad vi kunde se sämre än *7*?? Att en lägenhet kan vara så ostädad när man har ”städerska” som sköter om lägenheterna är också ett mysterium? Allt från smutsiga sängkläder och handdukar, till kladdiga bestick och kastruller i köket. Det va hår som satt fast i duschmunstycket och vi skulle bo 4 personer och det fanns 3 skedar, 3 knivar, 5 gafflar och ett vinglas. Dock ingen vinöppnare. Att det sen saknas säkerhetskedja för att säkra dörren från insidan, och att svaret efter kontakt med förmedlingsföretaget blir -”det finns övervakningskameror och det har inte hänt något här tidigare” gör att detta boende är uselt. Det känns tryggt att det kan fångas på film om eller när händer något för efterlevande. Vi fick inte avbryta vistelsen utan endast efter ett dygn byta till en annan lägenhet och där va det marginellt bättre. Där fanns det i alla fall bestick till allihopa och en vinöppnare. Det bästa med detta boende var parkeringen. Rekommenderar samtliga att läsa om detta boende på Tripadvisor för att få en rättvisande bild. //- ”Genius 3-medlem”

Etwas unkooperativer Gastgeber hinsichtlich Gästesteuer Leider hatten wir im Appartment Ameisen; dies war auch bekannt, da in den Ecken Ameisenfallen gestanden hatten und der Gastgeber mitteilte: "the problem persists" Reinigungspersonal kam mit Schippe und Besen um sie zu beseitigen, mit geringem Erfolg....

Appartamento fornito di tutto, posto auto all'interno della struttura, ottima posizione e piacevole tranquillità, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono le spiagge! Tornerò molto volentieri👍ne consiglio il soggiorno.
