Very nice welcome from the hosts, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the free parking and the biker-friendly atmosphere. A great place to stay, and we would happily come back.

Location was great for seeing all the sites by car, beach 10 mins walk. Fantastic views, light Comfortable and spacious. And the most wonderful welcome from Niccolo who is a wonderful human, keep smiling and being you.

Comfortable bed, good with possibility to use laundry room. Very nice staff. 15 minutes drive to Lerici. Good air conditioning.
The kitchen was not well equipped, nor cleaned. Low quality utensils, almost broken. It did not feel good to prepare a meal in this kitchen. Old food from previous guest in the cupboard. This is definitely not a luxury apartment.
