The most charming and comfortable house, perfect for a shorter or a longer stay

We loved absolutely everything about Cà Marcon and we will definitely stay here again! The location is perfect to explore the region and only 8-10 minute drive to the beach. The house is spotless clean and beautifully decorated, and has everything one might need: from comfortable beds and pillows, large renovated shower, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room, to cutlery, coffee machine with coffee provided and olive oil, spices, salt etc., and complimentary waffles. There is a free public parking next to the house. The garden is very well maintained and is even more beautiful than the photos in Booking. Last but not least we appreciated very highly the welcoming by our hosts (with a small treat for our children), their availability and cordiality. Wonderful people who made us feel at home and want to come back!

Very good

Great place in a small quite neighbourhood. There was really a lot of space and a small pool in the garden where the kids played. Close to the beaches and to La Spezia. Don't miss Castel Magra Castel. The hosts where very nice and discrete. I really recommend this place.

Convinient location, not far from the beach, there is a small local shop nearby and pizzeria. Small inner yard, host is living in a house next to the apartment.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes sauberes, gut eingerichtetes und komfortables Haus in ruhiger Siedlungslage. Perfekt war der komplett abgeschlossene Garten, so dass unser Hund jeder Zeit auch allein draußen sein konnte. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein, einem Bier und überaus leckeren Cantuccini empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und Ester spricht sogar etwas deutsch. Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Zeit!

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Ein wunderbares Häuschen , stilvoll eingerichtet mit allen Dingen,die es braucht. Die beiden Besitzer wohnen gleich nebenan und haben uns sehr nett begrüßt und waren immer äusserst freundlich . Der Pool war perfekt für die Kinder. Von hier aus kann man schöne Ziele in der Toskana als auch in Ligurien erreichen . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zahlreich in der Umgebung vorhanden . Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist unmittelbar neben der Unterkunft vorhanden. Alles in allem sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Splendido

La casa è molto spaziosa e attrezzata di tutto; ci hanno accolto con bevande fresche in frigorifero, molto apprezzate visto il caldo. Il giardino è la vera chicca, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio e con una piscina splendida. Il tutto è completamente recintato, perfetto per chi ha un cane in famiglia. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, defilata dai centri ma ben servita. A pochi passi si trovano un bar, un piccolo alimentari, un tabaccaio e un ristorante e a poche centinaia di metri un supermercato Conad. Il proprietario è molto simpatico, disponibile e discreto, grazie di tutto!

Tolle Gastgeber bietet ein Haus mit Garten mit Erholungarantie

Wir hatten Dank Ester und Manrico einen tollen Ferien bei Ca Marcon im Mai gehabt 🐕🫶🏻 Der Garten mit Jasminblumen ist genial und das Haus hat alles, was die Gäste benötigen können. Unsere liebevolle Gastgeber waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und großzügig. Am Ersten Abend als wir auf der Straße einen Schraube erwischt hatten, ist Manrico sogar mit meinem Mann zur Autoreparatur hingefahren und sogar die ganze Zeit mitbetreut, da wir kein Italienisch können. Am Dorfskern, paar Minuten zum Fuß vom Haus, befinden sich ein Laden mit frischen Brot, Panini, Foccacia Sorten, Obst & Gemüse für die Einheimischen. Ein netter Café/Bar ist auch von morgen früh bis Abend spät geöffnet. Die Lokation ist auch top, dass wir mit dem Auto innerhalb 5-10 Minuten in einem Grosssupermarkt (Pam, Conad, Coop) anfahren konnten. Zum Strand zu fahren und dort zu parken war auch gar kein Problem. Insgesamt es war ein tolles Erlebnis für uns, und gerne empfehlen wir einen netten Ferien bei Ester & Manrico. Man fühlt sich bei denen zuhause 🏡 Vielen Dank nochmals für alles! Wir sehen uns definitiv in der Zukunft 🌸

Man braucht ein Auto um mobil zu sein, da das Haus etwa außerhalb der Stadt ist. Mit dem Auto ist überall innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
