It was a good place in terms of price performance, the host was helpful.
The facility could use newer cleaning supplies. For example, in the villa, water leaks from under the shower tray in the bathroom, making it wet quickly. It would be nice if a solution could be found for this. It might be better if your children are more friendly and smiling towards the visitors.

Very clean, in app kitchens I usualy don't use sponge, but here obviously new in separated bag with others necessary accessories. Also jam and crisp bread for first hunger.
One of the two air condition is inside the room..it would be better position on hall to cool down both badrooms. Street noise could be quite annoying if you stay longer.

the host greeted us personally, and provided us with all the information we needed, an English speaker, very friendly, and the location was superb and a very good taste

The appartment was very clean and cozy. The host is very caring - towels, soap, cleaning things that you may need - it was all prepared. The plates and cooking staff was also very clean. It was really pleasant to stay in the appartment. The matrass and beds are very comfortable. The road was a bit noisy, but when you close windows - it's quiet - they are very protective. Conditioning was very good.
