Was as advertised, any problem was quickly resolved.

Paid for 7 nights. Received discount for booking, had to reduce by one night due to transport strike on original departure date as we needed to transfer to Florence, they ended up removing discount and not refunding one night ( which is fine) but ended up charging us another 250 euro for loss of discount. Should have just not said anything and left one night earlier with no notification. Life lesson on honesty.

This was a convenient location and reasonably priced. Very nice property with comfortable beds.

Property was recently renovated and very comfortable.

We needed some towels and wash cloths in the kitchen; and a rug inside the door as it was raining when we checked in and felt bad tracking in our wet feet. The second bathroom needs a shade or curtain over the bathroom window. Washing machine looked as though it has never worked.

Very nice, quiet and clean place. Beds are comfortable. The only issue was no detergent for washing machine.

Apartment was very nice, like we did expect. Massimiliano was very helpful with all questions we had.

Free parking near the house is ok to find during the day (in the high season) but after 8 a bit tricky. By knowing the area better, we always found a space with a little walk of max. 3-5 minutes.

Good place to explore Liguria

Nice, quiet appartment close to the center of Sarzana, and a good starting point for exploring the south of Liguria. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated the washing machine and the drying rack.

However, we couldn't use the garden because of the mosquitos. There were lots of them all the time. We knew there was no air conditioning, but there were no ventilators or mosquito nets either, so ventilating the entire place was difficult, and all the time we were there it was terribly hot.

Bell'alloggio!

Alloggio posizionato in una zona molto strategica per poter raggiungere diversi luoghi di interesse, vicino alla stazione. La casa presenta 2 camere da letto molto spaziose, 2 bagni e un soggiorno cucina con divano angolare. Ottimo per passare dei giorni in tranquillità. Presente un bel giardino. Non c'è parcheggio ma possibilità di posteggiare nej dintorni, massimo 400 m a piedi dalla struttura se non si trova più vicino. Letti molto comodi, che non è scontato nelle case vacanza. Non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere lo staff, in quanto check in e check out avvengono in autonomia però sono stati disponibili h24 tramite whatsapp per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio!

Unico suggerimento che vorrei dare è l'inserimento di una tenda oscurante per la finestra del bagno in camera quello piccolino, come presente in tutto il resto della casa.

Totale accoglienza e gentilezza prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno. Disponibilità 24h. Centrale, pulito, bello, comodo, confortante e confortevole, silenzioso, spazioso e rilassante. Macchina del caffè in grani top!!! Ho potuto posticipare di un po' il check-out. Molta gratitudine per Massimiliano e lo staff. ♡

Una piacevole sorpresa

Struttura vicino al centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, molto accogliente e pulita, buona presenza di suppellettili e stoviglie, bello.il giardino,( peccato che il tempo non ci ha aiutato) e grande disponibilità del proprietario pronto a rispondere e risolvere qualsiasi esigenza.

L' unica pecca la mancanza di un pulsante per apertura cancello dall'interno.

Appartamento confortevole non lontano dal centro

L’appartamento era accogliente, pulito e ben arredato, molto carino anche il giardino.

Si potrebbe attrezzare meglio la cucina, mancavano alcune cose e altre erano incomplete, ci siamo dovuti un po’ arrangiare.
