Приятное место для короткого проживания.
Домик небольшой, но очень приятный, хорошо обставлен, со свежим ремонтом. Расположен недалеко от всех дорог, немножко шумно, но не мешает. Кухня прекрасная, оборудована очень хорошо, всё есть, классно организовано место для готовки. Достаточно близко соседи, но двор большой и терраса отличная, дискомфорта не было. Во дворе парковочное место. Мы немного заблудились и приехали позже назначенного времени, но хозяин подъехал, всё показал. Спасительные кондиционеры повсюду.
Нет посудомоечной машины - единственный недостаток. Спальное место в комнате, соединённой с кухней, довольно жёсткое, на любителя. Стулья на кухне пластиковые, без подушечек.

Casa RosaBea è stata una sorpresa. L'host Fabio e la moglie ci hanno accolto e dato tutti i comfort necessari per il nostro week end. Camere e cucina spaziosi. Sala funzionale con TV e divano letto. Bagno comodo e doccia spaziosa. Ampio giardino esterno e parcheggio privato. La casa è silenziosa ed accogliente. Consiglio vivamente, data la vicinanza al casello di Sarzana e al mare che si raggiunge in 10 minuti. Viaggio di gruppo di 6 adulti.
Tutto perfetto.
