Lovely apartment and pool!

Easy check in. A friendly reception. Clean and well equipped kitchen. We couldn't find a chopping board but we managed. We were only staying one night at short notice so it wasn't a problem. There wasn't any washing up liquid when we arrived but as soon as I asked for some it was provided with a smile. The apartment is spacious and airy, there's no air con but we didn't need it. The bed was soft and comfy, the bedroom was delightfully dark at night which I loved. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The pool is brilliant and was much needed after our horrible day. The apartment is in a nice quiet residential area, a short drive or bus ride to Sarzana and there are a few bars and shops for essentials in walking distance, about 1km. We were treated to a bit of noise from (we think) the nearby military base doing manoeuvres, practice shooting and setting off practice bombs in the evening but it didn't last long and added a bit of excitement to our stay. :) Would stay here again. It was only available for one night so we had to move on.

Beautiful apartment, lovely location

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a lovely location. The hosts were really welcoming and gave us all the information we needed at check in. The apartment had all the facilities needed for our stay and the swimming pool and well landscaped gardens made the perfect environment for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

mi sono innamorato di tutto.. la villa ca melia è stupenda, oltre ogni immagnazione, come la titolare... bella bella, gentilissima e disponibilissima, per le richieste relative alla casa e dritte su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.... ci ritornerò di sicuro.... 10+

Più che soddisfatti!!

Ci aveva attirato l'idea della piscina ma devo dire che tutto si è dimostrato più che perfetto a cominciare dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Roberta! Posizionata ottimamente nella campagna circostante Sarzana, tranquilla e vicina ai bellissimi borghi di Lerici, S Terenzo, Tellaro che abbiamo visitato, la casa è ampia con ingresso indipendente che permette di usufruire di un piacevolissimo spazio esterno arredato in modo da poter sia mangiare che rilassarsi o leggere in tutta tranquillità. è provvista di tutto ciò che occorre con una cucina ben attrezzata e dotata anche di lavastoviglie. La casa è risultata fresca nonostante le temperature alte del periodo ( Interessante la soluzione delle pale al soffitto nella camera da letto che contribuiscono all'occorrenza a rinfrescare l'ambiente). Lo spazio condiviso che accoglie la piscina è molto carino, arredato con gazebi e salottini e lettini per prendere il sole e io e mia sorella abbiamo trascorso qui piacevolissime ore di relax. Che dire di più'? Sicuramente terremo presente Ca' Melia per il futuro! Assolutamente consigliato!

Ca Melia een rustig gelegen ruim opgezette accomodatie.

Ruim appartement op begane grond. Terras voor de deur. Mooie tuin met zwembad, zitjes ligbedden. Onze hond kon loslopen tuin was omheind.

Er was helaas geen airco, alleen een plafond ventilator. De keuken was compleet, er was geen magnetron en geen koffiezet apparaat. Er was wel wen vaatwasser en een wasmachine.

La case è accogliente e ben posizionata. In mezzo al verde, quindi ideale per rilassarsi ma vicina al centro di Sarzana. La cucina è ben equipaggiata. La pulizia ottima. Ma quello che più abbiamo apprezzato è stata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Roberta, che ci ha aiutato in un momento critico della nostra vacanza. Grazie di cuore

Schön für Sommerurlaub

sehr nette Gastgeberin, gute ruhige Lage. Nahe an der schönen Stadt Sarzana

Der Garten war noch sehr unaufgeräumt, man hat gemerkt, dass die Gastgeberin mit Handwerkern zu tun hat und es vor Ostern war. Roberta hat andere Prioritäten gesetzt, als den Kontakt zu den Gästen. Die sehr guten Bewertungen verstehen wir nicht. Das Apartment ist nichts besonderes, hat keine Klimaanlage. Es war, da es nachts doch noch sehr abgekühlt hat, sehr frisch in der Wohnung . Die Temperatur wird zentral gesteuert. Man hält sich an die WHO , max 20 Grad

Bellissimo giardino con piscina e zona relax pranzo!appartamento molto confortevole e rilassante con parcheggio privato davanti a casa. Padrona di casa gentilissima che si è resa disponibile ai nostri cambi di orari. Vicinissimo sia a sarzana che a marinella.ci metterei la firma a viverci in un posto cosi' 😅
