Ottima esperienza

Ottima posizione di partenza per visitare La Spezia, 5 Terre, Lerici, S. Terenzo e altri posti meravigliosi. Le spiagge sono a circa 10 min. di macchina. Appartamento con tutto il neccessario per una vacanza, pulito, molto carino, luminoso e spazioso, situato nella zona industriale, alla sera c'è una pace meravigliosa, dietro alla casa c'è un bosco e davanti sono tutte fabbriche. Dal balcone vedi tutto il paese. Parcheggio privato.

E' un pò diffice da trovare perchè non c'è nessuna insegna. Fate attenzione a dove vi porta il navigatore quando entrate nella via principale perchè dopo ci sono diverse vie e bisogna prendere la 3 (fate riferimento a quella con il telo verde), poi una volta imparato si ricorda. Gli spazi comuni (scala) non sono puliti per niente, è piena di peli di animali (niente da dire su questo, amo gli animali) però dovrebbero tenerla pulita visto che ci sono ospiti che magari sono allergici ai peli di cani/gatti. io per esempio sono allergica al cane. 😟 Per quanto riguarda nell' alloggio io metterei alcune pentole e stoviglie in più (per conto mio sono un pò poche) per esempio non c'è una bistecchiera. Nel parcheggio io metterei una ringhiera perchè il parcheggio è un pò in pendenza e ti da la senzazione che la macchina va giù (noi di Brescia siamo in piano 😂 )
