New unit. Fully equipped. Very clean. Perfect location whether you are hiking in the Appennines or driving to Portovenere. Alessandra received us with a smile. Provided us with a ton of tips about places too see and where to eat. Highly recommended

Sarzana, crocevia del futuro.

Nonostante il nostro breve soggiorno, abbiamo potuto apprezzare moltissimo l'ospitalità di Alessandra che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter prendere possesso dell'alloggio. L'appartamento si è rivelato estremamente funzionale,pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, con una vista panoramica dal terrazzo. Un valore aggiunto la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente all'interno della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto!In posizione strategica,in una località nel verde,silenziosa A pochi minuti da Sarzana L' appartamento molto curato nei minimi dettagli e di buon gusto, delizioso,nuovo e di una pulizia e cura impeccabili La proprietaria molto disponibile e cordiale, ci ha fornito tanti spunti di dove andare ,dai ristoranti ,ai posti da visitare Siamo stati benissimo!

Tutto. Struttura arredata nei minimi particolari. Per motivi di lavoro sono arrivato in struttura dopo le 22 e al mio arrivo la stanza era ben riscaldata.

Non ci sono cose che non mi è piaciuto. Appartamento che quando ci stai è come stare a casa tua.

Appartamento MERAVIGLIOSO. Accogliente dotato di ogni comfort. Ci siamo sentiti immediatamente accolti e coccolati. La proprietaria è veramente disponibile e gentilissima. La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda e strategica, In più c'è il parcheggio interno al cortile che è comodissimo. Il terrazzo su cui si può mangiare gode anche di un'ottima vista. C'è proprio tutto quello che serve per passare un ottima vacanza , e anche di più. Ci torneremo sicuramente e ve lo consiglio!

tout etais simplement parfait ...il ne manque rien pour ce sentir comme chez soit voir mieux puisqu il ya la mer a proximite ---place parking securise ..commerce .....pizzeria a proximite ...presse d y retourner....merci alessandra pour votre gentillesse et votre acceuil....on aurait aime pouvoir vous saluer physiquement ...mais vos conseils par watsap fure precieux

Een fantastisch appartement met een super host

Het was een luxe en sfeervol appartement. Mooie keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, mooie ruime badkamer en een heerlijk bed. Bij binnenkomst stond er voor de ochtend een klein ontbijtje, een bak met lekkere snoepjes en water en sapjes in de koelkast. Het contact met de host was fantastisch! We konden door het noodweer in noord Italië en Zwitserland niet naar Nederland reizen en ze heeft ons geholpen met een extra overnachting. Onze terug reis was als nog spannend en vonden het ontzettend lief dat de host vroeg of we veilig thuis waren gekomen. De accommodatie verdiend een dikke 10 ook qua prijs. Dank je wel Alessandria

Endroit magnifique

Très bel appartement au goût du jour, bien équipé, au calme avec une place de parking dans un parking sécurisé. Le lit et le canapé lit sont confortables et le canapé lit s'ouvre très facilement. L'hôte a pensé à tout en nous laissant de quoi boire, des petits bonbons (qu'ont bien apprécié mes enfants) et de quoi prendre notre petit déjeuner.

Tägliche Handtuchwechsel, gute bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal welches bei Problemen sehr zuvorkommend, unterstützt, etwas außerhalb und doch noch zentral gelegen... Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Sehr neues und top ausgestattetes Appartement. Check in unkompliziert, Kontakt mit Vermieter über WhatsApp, sehr freundlich! Kaffee, Öl, etc. Alles vorhanden!

Für Familien mit Kind nicht optimal, da es kein separates Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar neben einer Militärbasis, so dass wir einen abend durchgehend Helikopter über uns kreisen hatten.

Sosta per matrimonio

Host gentilissima anche se ci siamo sentiti solo telefonicamente ma comunque disponibilissima (ci ha anche anticipato il check-in). Monolocale molto recente, ben arredato, dotato di tutto e pertanto non necessità portarsi dietro nulla. Bagno con doccia e tutto quanto necessario anche qui. Molto bello il soppalco. Ottimo il wifi e comodo il parcheggio privato.
