Comfy little apartment

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in Sarzana, with a private garden and access. Really well located and you can walk downtown to the lovely cafés and restaurants in the area.

One week vacation in a cosy and calm place

We booked the place for the stay for our mothers. We kept in touch with the hostess before the arrival and were able to get the keys to the apartment in before the set time as well - the hostess is very flexible and also speaks English There were two separate beds made for our mothers when we arrived. The hostess also provided sweet breakfast, coffee, tea. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. The apartment is big, modern with new furnitures. There is no AC in the apartment, but you need to shut the cuitains and the apartment will stay cool during the day (the hostess will give you the instructions as well). The place has a private garden, is very quiet and 5 minutes walk to the amazing city center. The check out was very easy. If someone is travelling by bus or train, both means of transporatation are close by.

Great cute central spacious apartment with garden & parking

Everything great : a lot of space, cosy, with parking, comfortable, relative central: not far from restaurants and train station, etc.

A few nights & mornings the neighbors were a bit noisy (Italy?). Fortunately, not always.

Excellent relationship with owner. Very cosy apartment, very comfortable for 2. Really nice bathroom. Very easy garanteed parking in the building or on the street. 5mn walk from Sarzana center.

Nothing really... not the sexiest area of Sarzana but that we knew before getting there so no " bad surprise". On booking.com the address comes out wrong, its real location is much better ( only 100m difference but it counts).

A PLEASANT, RELAXING STAY

The apartment is located in a road where vehicles rarely pass. You will enjoy your vacation in pleasant peace. The house is well equipped with all you may need in the kitchen, the bathroom as well as in the other rooms. There's a small garden outside, where you may take sun or have lunch. The wi-fi is strong and stable. The TV signal is really good. It was easy to meet the owner for any need. All in all, really a great stay.

L'appartamento, ristrutturato a nuovo, è pulitissimo, ha riscaldamento autonomo da regolarsi a piacere, quindi anche se è a piano terra la temperatura è confortevole. È tranquillo e silenzioso a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale centrale e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Ha un bel giardinetto ed è provvisto di ogni confort ( docciaschiuma, shampoo, phon, lavatrice , microonde..).

Casa pulitissima e in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Molto silenziosa e tranquilla e attrezzata di tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno

Relax, mare e confort! Da ripetere!

Spesso viaggio attraverso Booking, ma un appartamento così curato e fedele alle immagini non lo avevo mai trovato prima! Luisa è una persona incredibilmente disponibile e simpatica, il centro è vicinissimo, a soli 5 minuti a piedi, ma nonostante questo la zona è tranquilla e residenziale. Tornerò sicuramente!

Aggiungerei solo l'aria condizionata ma eravamo dotati di ventilatori nelle camere, per cui sarebbe davvero solo un di più.

Ottimo appartamento in ottima posizione

L'appartamento è in posizione ottima, subito fuori dal centro storico. Posizione strategica se si arriva con la macchina perché c'è il parcheggio condominiale. L'appartamento è al piano terra in una strada tranquilla, c'è un bel giardino luminoso e curato. La camera da letto molto grande e spaziosa, con armadio grande e cassettiera. Anche la cucina e il bagno, tutti completamente attrezzati. Il divano letto comodo e grande. Non abbiamo usato la cucina ma era tutta attrezzata. Il wifi perfetto.

Purtroppo, come la proprietaria ci aveva anticipato, la palazzina dove si trova l'appartamento era in ristrutturazione e quindi c'era ancora presente il cantiere. Ciò ha compromesso un po' l'illuminazione della stanza ma, in ogni caso, non siamo stati molto in appartamento quindi alla fine è andata bene.
