Casa accogliente come in foto.
Sicuramente un posto tranquillo lontano dal caos cittadino. Un bel giardino chiuso con cancelletto per godersi giornate soleggiate e stare in tranquillità soprattutto se si hanno bambini o animali.
La lavatrice è un punto a favore.
La cucina è attrezzata per poter preparare un piatto veloce ma chiaramente un po' limitato.
Se viene considerato punto d'appoggio per soggiorni brevi, e passando la maggior parte del tempo fuori, va bene.
La Signora Luisa è molto gentile e disponibile.
Il letto è discreto, comodo nella media (anche se un lato risulta essere più usurato e meno comodo). I cuscini del divano letto sono in semplice ovatta e facilmente deformabili, secondo me andrebbero sostituiti con qualcosa di migliore.
L'ordine potrebbe essere più accurato nei dettagli. Le stoviglie e posate erano messi nello scolapiatti alla rinfusa. Anche il mobiletto della dispensa era poco curato, dal quale proveniva odore di chiuso/umido.
La TV del soggiorno è un po' problematica poiché i canali Mediaset non avevano audio, al contrario di quella in camera che è più moderna.

La struttura. Host gentilissima e molto puntuale. Giardino fantastico. Riscaldamento potentissimo!
L'unica cosa che mancava era il detersivo per la lavatrice!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in Sarzana, with a private garden and access. Really well located and you can walk downtown to the lovely cafés and restaurants in the area.

L'appartamento, ristrutturato a nuovo, è pulitissimo, ha riscaldamento autonomo da regolarsi a piacere, quindi anche se è a piano terra la temperatura è confortevole. È tranquillo e silenzioso a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale centrale e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.
Ha un bel giardinetto ed è provvisto di ogni confort ( docciaschiuma, shampoo, phon, lavatrice , microonde..).
