Beautiful location

Everything was really nice. The house is very clean and well equiped. The kitchen has everything you may need, same in the bathroom. There are 2 tv's with netflix and even a playstation 4. Also, the area is really nice, in the old center, so totally recommend. The owner was very helpful and friendly, so we felt very confortable. Everything was easy.

The only things that could have been better are the fact that the parking is not very close, but at least there is one. You can enter with the car in the old center only between 8.00 - 14.00 (but this is the city rule). Also, there is no terrace. Anyway, nothing that should lower the overall grade.

Everything! It’s clean, beautifully furnished and really comfortable. It’s in the centre of the old town, the localisation couldnt be better.

The house is beautiful in every way, fully equipped with everything you could imagine and has great views. Odette really thought of everything and is a wonderful host. This is the best place to stay in Sarzana

Maravillosa casa en la toscana

La chica muy amable y simpática, las instalaciones perfectas para pasar unos días en familia, estaba todo muy limpio, tenías todo lo que podías necesitar, la ubicación perfecta en el centro del pueblo, con muchos comercios y calles empedradas el rededor , sin dudarlo volveria allí.

Posizione centrale, pulizia ed ordine eccellenti. Camere spaziose e curate, cucina fornita di tutto, forno a microonde, bollitore, macchinetta per il caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie e lavatrice con relativi detersivi, numerose pentole e stoviglie. Fornito un set per la colazione con marmellate, nutella, caffè, the', fette biscottate, tisane e acqua fresca in frigorifero. Proprietaria molto disponibile e accogliente. Comodo il parcheggio privato a pagamento a poca distanza dalla casa.

Lo stendipanni a fili esterno, ma comunque ce n'è un altro in casa.

Ottima posizione, gentilezza magnifica della proprietaria che ci ha accolto con entusiasmo e sempre stata disponibile. La casa è.semolicmebte perfetta, spicca la pulizia impeccabile, gli spazi ottimi e tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno ottimo. Sicuramente torneremo a Sarzana e prenoteremo di nuovo.

Esperienza estremamente deludente.

La posizione e la casa

Esperienza davvero spiacevole. La casa in sé era carina, ma a rovinare tutto è stata l’atteggiamento della proprietaria. A fine soggiorno, sono stata accusata ingiustamente di aver rubato un telecomando! Ho spiegato che ce n’era uno solo in casa e che quello ho usato, ma non c’è stato verso. Trovo assurdo essere trattata da ladra per un telecomando, quando tra l’altro in casa c’erano oggetti di ben altro valore! Un’accusa del genere è inaccettabile e ha lasciato un ricordo molto negativo. Non tornerò mai più e non lo consiglio proprio per il trattamento ricevuto. Una comunicazione garbata e rispettosa sarebbe stata il minimo, invece sono stata trattata con arroganza e senza alcun fondamento. Nessuno merita di essere accusato senza rispetto o prove, soprattutto in un contesto che dovrebbe essere professionale e sereno.
