A little taste of Italy.

The house is picturesque. Very clean, comfortable bed. Nice shower. Great kitchen. Perfect for a little getaway. The host, Clementina and her family, were very nice.

Overall a very nice little house in a quiet (apart from the odd train) location close to motorway and shops and the host

We didn’t arrive until 2.30 am and left at 10.00 am so we only actually spent 7 hours at the property! We particularly liked the proximity to the motorway, being able to park right outside the house in a safe space and the little garden for our dog to have a little exercise. Clementina was extremely accommodating and stayed up until we arrived. She made us feel very welcome even though it was the early hours of the morning. The property is nicely decorated and clean and the bed is big and comfortable.

Tranquillo soggiorno a Sarzana

Eravamo un gruppo di 5 parenti e l’accoglienza è stata gentilissima mettendoci subito a nostro agio. La posizione è tranquilla e comoda vicina al centro con pochissimi minuti d’auto. I locali sono puliti confortevoli e piacevolmente rustici.

Il bagno e’ uno solo ma a turno ha accontentato tutti e siamo stati bene.

La casa è fantastica, arredata con cuore e tanto gusto…circondati dal verde Siamo stati accolti da una splendida famiglia solare e davvero molto disponibile. La casa è davvero spaziosa e non manca nulla, ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo appena ce ne sarà occasione! Posto auto interno alla proprietà e comodo per andare a visitare tutti i luoghi meravigliosi di queste parti.

zeer mooi rustgevend huis

we verbleven 14 dagen in het huis met 2 volwassenen en 1 grote hond. het huis was heel aangenaam en proper,de gastvrouw was heel lief en behulpzaam en gaf ons goede tips ...de tuin was mooi en onze hond en ik hebben er van genoten!

het huis lijkt ons meer geschikt voor 2 personen omwille dat de keuken en living in 1 ruimte is. de zetel dat er staat is voor ons gevoel voor 2 personen,de rest van de kamers waren zeer goed in orde. de plastieken borden om uit te eten vonden we niet aangenaam. voor mensen die langer blijven misschien ook een tip voor kuisprodukten te voorzien.

Piacevole soggiorno

La struttura si trova in una zona molto bella, immersa nella natura ma a breve distanza in auto dal centro storico. La casetta su due piani è arredata con gusto ed è molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e l’accoglienza di Diego è stata eccellente!

Giustamente data la posizione e la stagione ci sono le zanzare, ma basta attrezzarsi. A breve distanza passa il treno, a qualcuno potrebbe far fastidio ma con le finestre chiuse non è così rumoroso.

Ottima struttura, super consigliata come appoggio per il mare e per girare i dintorni!

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, lo stile dell’arredamento, il parcheggio disponibile in struttura, lo spazio all’aperto e il clima di serenità che si respira! I proprietari ci hanno consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante da asporto dal quale abbiamo ordinato dei buonissimi piatti.

Purtroppo i proprietari hanno dovuto fare dei lavori in giardino e oltre ad esserci un po’ di trambusto lo spazio non era del tutto recintato. Per noi questo dettaglio era importante perchè abbiamo un cane e avremmo preferito avere la possibilità di lasciarlo libero. Nonostante tutto peró siamo riusciti a goderci lo spazio all’aperto! Un altro piccolo dettaglio è la presenza della ferrovia a ridosso della casa, durante il giorno passano diversi treni, ma di notte in realtà noi non abbiamo sentito nulla.

Breve sosta piacevolissima

Struttura molto Carina, calda nuova e accogliente. La pulizia è impeccabile e camere e bagno molto ordinati E' situata in una zona molto tranquilla, vicina dal centro di Sarzana che volendo in 10 min ci si arriva tranquillamente anche a piedi. I proprietari sono due persone fantastiche gentili e disponibilissime ti fanno sentire subito a casa. Ideale per le famiglie perchè ha tutti i confort sia per una breve sosta come noi. Vi è anche un parcheggio interno e giardino molto curato vivo e colorato :-) Consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse et a été rénové avec soin tout en gardant l'aspect ancien. L'hôte est très gentille et nous a fourni des recommandations pour les restaurants aux alentours.
