La struttura è molto bella, il giardino con la piscina è bellissimo. La posizione ottima e tranquilla. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e anche il bagno. Peccato che ci siano cose dove riporre più attenzione.

A iniziare dalla colazione che non c'è Quattro biscotti e cialde per il caffè non si può definire Colazione. La cucina non è attrezzata. Solo quattro tazze, quattro tazzine, due bicchieri acqua e due per il vino e quattro cucchiaini. Ci siamo arrangiati.

Δυστυχώς αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε από την πρώτη μέρα που φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα. Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για τρία δωμάτια στα οποία διαπιστώσαμε ότι ο κλιματισμός ήταν ανεπαρκής, ο χώρος ήταν γεμάτος κουνούπια και έντομα τα οποία μας τσίμπησαν ενώ είχαμε ψεκαστεί με spray κατά των εντόμων και δεν ήταν σίγουρο ότι θα μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε ήσυχα το βραδυ. Σε διάφορα σημεία υπήρχαν ιστοί από αράχνες και σκόνη και γενικά δε νιώθαμε άνετα να κοιμηθούμε μέσα σε αυτά. Στα 2 από τα 3 δωμάτια τα κρεβάτια ήταν μικρά ώστε αν ήσουνα πάνω από 180cm να μη χώρας να κοιμηθείς. Επιπλέον το ένα κατάλυμα ήταν οικογενειακή σουίτα αλλά διέθετε ψυγείο πολύ μικρο μέσα στο οποίο δε χώραγε ούτε μπουκάλι με νερό. Ο εξωτερικός περιβάλλων χώρος έμοιαζε απεριποίητος ενώ οι φωτογραφίες του καταλύματος στην εφαρμογή είναι μάλλον παλιές και δεν ταιριάζουν στην πραγματικότητα. Απαγορευόταν να μαγειρεύεις ενώ διέθετε κουζίνα και φυσικά στο κατάλυμα δεν υπήρχε πρωινό αλλά και τίποτα να αγοράσεις για να φας. Θεωρώ ότι ήταν πανάκριβο για τις παροχές του. Κατά τη γνώμη μου θα μπορούσε να ανήκει στα καταλύματα αγροτουρισμού και όχι στα resorts όπως τα ξέρουμε. Είναι η πρώτη φορά που μου συμβαίνει αυτό ανάμεσα σε δεκάδες κρατήσεις που έχω κάνει τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια μέσω booking και το χειρότερο είναι ότι δεν έλαβα καμία αποζημίωση από το κατάλυμα. Ευτυχώς οι άνθρωποι της booking ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί και φρόντισαν αυτοί για την καλύτερη διαχείριση αυτής της ανεπιθύμητης κατάστασης.

Très bel endroit, calme et bien entretenu

Les deux derniers jours la piscine n était plus accessible car problème sanitaire. Nous avons demandé une ristourne car nous avions sélectionné cet endroit pour la piscine, nous n avons jamais eu de reponse. De plus énormément de moustiques. Le logement n est pas équipé de VMC donc énormément d humidité, traces de moisissure dans la SDB. Le réfrigérateur se fermait mal et perdait de l eau.

Slecht werkende airconditioning Badkamer met bad op pootjes, nogal instabiel moet je in en uitstappen om te douchen Geen ontbijt maar ook geen bordjes en bestek om zelf een broodje te smeren in de ochtend Het zwembad was op 1 dag na ons hele verblijf van 5 dagen gesloten omdat er gewacht werd op een lab uitslag na schoonmaken of het weer veilig was om te zwemmen, kan gebeuren maar het was wel erg jammer, speciaal deze accommodatie gekozen voor zwembad en tijdens ons verblijf was het 35 graden we hadden het erg op prijs gesteld wanneer dit proces wat sneller had kunnen verlopen.

Apartments are tastefully furnished and comfortable. It's a beautiful setting in a vineyard.

No cooking facilities, despite certain apartments advertising kitchenette, very poor communication regarding their policies prior to bookings and when checking in. Incorrect marketing regarding availability of breakfast and pet fees/pet tolerance. No food or drinks available to purchase at all other than bruschetta offered if you book a wine tasting. Car required to access local mall to buy supplies or access restaurants. Advertise as pet friendly but provide nothing but restrictions on pets during stay(expect them to be tethered at all times when outside, even if away from communal areas). No privacy or discretion, staff go into apartments you are using and take photo's and remove items such as coffee cups. When we wished to leave after 3 days into our 6 day stay, we were offered a €120 refund of our pet service fees and relating of their policies regarding our 2 dogs, we agreed but at check out they refused to give the refund. After horrendous treatment by the grounds man and office lady, the supervisor was called and he instructed them to pay us. Terrible customer service.

Schitterende locatie tussen de wijnranken. Ruim huisje met leuk terras. Goede faciliteiten. Aardig personeel. Mooi zwembad.

Jammer dat de kookplaat en oven niet gebruikt mogen worden, waardoor koken in de accommodatie niet mogelijk is. Op de website van de accommodatie staat een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet vermeld, echter is dit niet aanwezig en bestaat het ontbijt uit voorverpakte croissants, muffins en koekjes die in de accommodatie aanwezig zijn. Er zit een bakker op loopafstand, dus niets tekort gekomen tijdens ons verblijf!

Wir kommen wieder und nehmen einfach das Zimmer im gelben Haus 😍

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause weil die Anlage hatten wir sozusagen ganz alleine für uns ❤️ und Diese ist einfach so wunderschön in der Natur gelegen. Noch selten so eln schönes Plätzchen gefunden 🫶🏻

Ea hiess in der Beschreibung dass es ein Restaurant hat. Es gab jedoch Plättli zum Essen oder man konnte supergut auswärts gehen. Aber ansonsten Alles top, ein wenig ringhörig zum Zimmer neben an und die Verdunkelungsvorhänge helfen leider Nichts es war um 5:00 total hell im Zimmer 🙈

Stunning place

The staff is very helpful and kind. The structure is immersed in a bucolic context between vineyards and olive trees, extremely relaxing. The suite was spacious, very clean and the style of the furniture suited the context, rustic but elegant and welcoming. Full marks for the super comfy bed. Pets are welcome too

Good with potential to be great if some things addressed.

Room was spacious and charming with interior design was well considered. The grounds were quite beautiful despite the fact that all the olive trees were being pruned so branches and foliage left un-retrieved affected any potential picture-taking. Although I did not use them, the pool looked inviting and the gym was well-equipped. Easy drive to train-station for Cinque Terre visit. The receptionist at check-in did her best to accommodate my questions and be helpful. Parking was very convenient and value for money was pretty-good considering location and size of room. Place could be really good if just a few things were addressed with customer service and experience.

Firstly I wouldn't consider this a, "resort" as described - as our interaction with staff was basically only at check-in and with the grounds-keeper who prepared our eggs at breakfast. No activities nor suggestions of things-to-do were really provided to us. So the whole experience felt rather cold - not at all like other BnB's and equivalent spaces I've stayed in Italy where it was a warm reception with engaging and interested hosts. The location is used as an event space and felt more inclined towards that use. The breakfast as previous guests mentioned was predominately prepackaged items with some lunch-meat ham and cheese. The only hot items were eggs at request and some bread we asked to be toasted. Was disappointing as you'd expect a little more attention to food in the Italian countryside. Felt minimal and uninspired. Even just some local cheeses, parma ham and fresh bread would've gone a long way with this. Although as mentioned above the room was nice, it had no sound-proofing so I could hear everything happening in the room next to mine - down to the television programs being watched and brushing of teeth. When the keeper was grinding something in a mortar and pestle below my room in his kitchen it felt like someone was hammering and doing full-on construction. Additionally it was quite cold (mid April) and I had to keep a space-heater running pretty-much 24/7. Since it's a working vineyard, there is notable noise as a result. eg. loading of boxes of wine onto palettes to be loaded on to a delivery truck during (and in the same room) as our breakfast was not particularly relaxing. And when I'd mentioned early-morning work noise, rather than just saying it would be addressed - the grounds-keeper became dismissive and confrontational. He was generally helpful but I wouldn't expect the type of customer service you'd find at a luxury hotel or BnB.

Price/Quality ratio is a bit exaggerated

The location is very nice and not far from the city. Very nice staff. Classic easy listening soundtracks every breakfast with Burt Bacharach was sublimely beautiful.

No wifi. Bathroom not practical. Air conditioning very weak even with max power. Very hot and wet in the room Bed sheets replaced/changed the 4th night only. Tons of insects/pest.

Very charming place to spend there few days. Very friendly and helpful personal. I like the style of the rooms, very nice equipped. Bed in one apartmant should be bigger. Nice pool. I would recommend to order their local wine and enjoy the time at the pool.

Wonderful place, a lot of potential, but some improvement could be made

The place looks amazing, the pool was really nice. Nice parking space, lovely staff, big and beautiful room, beautiful view from the bedroom and nice terrace. The owner was very friendly and attentive, even before we arrived. She also recommended very nice places to have dinner, when we asked, but it would be nice, if they could prepare an information folder to include nice places to eat in the surroundings, and that we know if we want to eat dinner at the hotel, we always have to book a day in advance and always no kitchen on Friday. Love the strong water pressure in the bath tub, but unfortunately we doesn’t allow us stand and shower, otherwise the whole bathroom and toilet paper get soaking wet, so we would recommend to add a simple bath curtain between the bath tub and the rest of the bathroom.

Unfortunately one same kind of white bread, sweet donut, cakes, and a bottle of orange juice for 3 mornings in row was not how we expected for breakfast, especially when we came with an almost 2 year old toddler. Suggestions to add, soft/hard boiled eggs, plain yogurt, and whole grains toasts, then it will be much healthier options with minimum effort needed still. The A/C in the bedroom and kitchen area didn’t work, so only one in the living room worked for the whole place, but we didn’t know that we should have asked them to have a look, because we misunderstood when we arrived and thought that they told us in Italian that it was the only A/C that worked with our lack of knowledge in Italian language, because the lady who showed us the room (only spoke Italian) switched this one on in the living room, and she didn’t even mention the other A/Cs, with the hot days in early June, it was like an oven. Additionally the cleaner left the windows open during the day, and when we came back in the evening, there were always so many mosquitoes, our son got bitten quite a lot, and we only decided to complain in the 3rd/last evening, because we couldn’t push it through, but then we were well attended given a fan and the new prevent mosquitos plugs to the wall things… It made us learn to complain earlier, so things could have been sorted out faster 😅

Charming place for couples and families as well.

Really beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. I would really recommend to everybody to come here, relax and enjoy this charming place. On top they have their own winery and you can taste here their wines and buy good bottles as well. People here were really friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were really big and very nicely designed in the country style. They have very tasty wines.

Such a romantic hidden gem

The entire resort was beautiful and our suite was gorgeous. We were welcomed by friendly hospitality and were honestly treated like vip during our entire stay. Breakfast was good and would recommend the wine tasting. We left wishing we stayed a few nights more as it really is a slice of paradise.
