About this villa rental

The villa 'on two levels, the first floor 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen and dining room large living room all surrounded by ceramic works by the artist Anna Vitale and paintings of British painter John Ash Seldon. The living area overlooks a terrace of about 100 square meters where and 'can have lunch watching the Apuan Alps and the surrounding vineyards as well as our park and pool. On this floor there 's also a small laundry room. Communicating through the internal stairs to the ground floor triple room with bathroom more 'common area, veranda and adjoining but with separate entrances 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and roof. The Garden and 'also a park of about 5000 square meters very well taken care of where you will find the swimming pool and even gazebos barbecue and a playground for children. relaxing hammocks where tranquility 'reigns supreme. We also offer bicycles seen that within 3 km there are wonderful medieval villages where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias etc. Less than 1 km typical 2ristoranti with very good value 'price.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and garden in Mocrone and the pool was a hit with us all every day. The owner of the house - Tim - and his mother Anna were very hospitable and spoiled us continually - we all had a relaxed holiday and hope to come back. Kurt and Lis (Grandparents) our 5 Grandchildren and their parents.

La villa est bien aménagée, le jardin, la grande terrasse (et la piscine) sont très appréciables. en termes de localisation, c'est parfait pour visiter le nord de la Toscane et le sites tels que "Cinque Terre" ou Portofino bref nous recommandons chaudement !!!!!!
