Peace and tranquility. Great R&R place. Also a bonus was an hourish away from both Pisa&Cinque Terre

You definitely need a car for here. Is up a rather narrow lane. I would have liked a second comfy chair in the apartment

perfect weekend hideaway
The location is secluded and enchanting, perched on the side of a hill surrounded by woods. We found it to be the idea place to wind down for a week end, cook our own meals and chill by the pool after a few long bike rides. The place is family run, every interaction cordial and very friendly. Everybody went the extra mile to make sure we felt at ease. Will go again!

Hidden Gem
location, privacy, pool.
The fact that I had to purchase additional items, such as Kitchen roll, washing up liquid, toilet roll and toilet cleaner. There was no electric kettle, and no oven which was inconvenient. only a microwave. We didn’t make use of the BBQ as we had no coal. I wasn’t advised whether any was available. Road upto property quite tricky and could cause damage to cars if not careful. So I’d suggest bringing an SUV or 4x4 next time.

Quiet beautiful place. Good climate.
Beautiful pool on a quiet mountain near Pontremoli. Because it is on the mountain the climate is much better than in the city/village: cool in the evenings, warm during the day.
The property is great. No problems. If you want to go to a restaurant you will need to drive (the city is not within walking distance)

Amazing place!
Almost everything was just perfect. Nice place to spend vacations with family. Seaside, mountains, world famous cultural and historical places - everything is not far from the Agriturismo Pratofranco. Owners were very hospitality and kind! Beatiful place, nature and renewal appartments! THANK YOU, GUYS!

Amazing facilities in the middle of a natural heaven. Want to wake up with bird songs and the smell of the forest? Want to enjoy an authentic Italian mountain house? Want to relax in a pool with the best views? Can’t recommend this house enough! Thank you Pietro and family for this amazing experience. We have 3 year-old twins. We booked for 3 nights but never wanted to leave. Perfect location, cutest house with unique furnitures and artwork. Great for children to connect with nature and enjoy a dip in hot summer days.

Locatie is fantastisch, mooi rustig en toch dicht in de buurt van winkels etc
Bedden lagen niet lekker, vering heeft z'n beste tijd wel gehad. Afwasmiddel, handzeep en keukenpapier niet aanwezig dus zelf maar aangeschaft, voor ons hoort dat echt wel bij een basisbehoefte. Koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker niet aanwezig
