An amazing farmhouse

This is a great base for hiking in the area. We have arrived at night , the road is a bit narrow, so try to avoid it . .Breakfast was amazing, staff is very helpful.

A magical fairytale world.

If I could give 15 points, I would give at least that much. This place is simply a dream. A hidden gem. The accommodation and the surroundings are fantastic. It's located in a quiet, peaceful area. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They even helped us with optional excursions. The breakfast was very delicious, all ingredients are homegrown. The pool has the perfect temperature and is 26 meters long. There is also parking available. It's worth walking to the Tower restaurant too, where you can choose from uniquely flavored dishes. The village is just a 10-minute walk away at most. Dogs are also warmly welcomed, they were allowed everywhere. There's hardly any phone signal, but there is Wi-Fi.

Best choice ever

This was the best hotel we have ever been. Incredible location, calm, spectacular. Pool was very refreshing in hot days. Strongly recommend to eat at their restaurant - great choice options, delicious food, location is special on its own, and good price. Pay attention - there is no connection on the phone but they have wifi everywhere. Was a surprise =) but in the end it was a marvellous experience. La Spezia is about 40 min away by car.

The best place for a break, for tracking, cycling, relaxing.

We had the best stay at Montagne Verde, from the introduction before arrival to the final check-out. The Swimming pool is fine and we can imagine it even better in the summer, a bit cold in May :) The breakfast is very good, especially the coffee and service. The restaurant by the tower is the best - delicious food, good service, the nicest view and excellent wines.

The place and the surroundings are perfect.

It had everything I was looking for.

Great location if you are looking for relax, long walks into an exceptional nature, and a day-visit to the Ligurian Riviera (5 terre, Lerici, and Porto Venere). Personnel is local and authentic. The (evening) restaurant is outstanding.

Not much to say here. This is not your normal hotel experience. If are looking for that, look somewhere else.

Fantastic views! The property is located in a somewhat remote village. The scenery is simply stunning! Very delicious food in the restaurant, nice outdoor pool, friendly and helpful staff.

We had no air conditioning in our room and (at +35 outside) it was extremely hot.

A good place to take a rest!

Staffs were amazing and very friendly. The restaurant and meals were perfect. A nice place for walking-/hiking, and enjoying the pretty nature.

It's how they dealt with issues that makes them stand out, nothing was too much trouble.

Location was lovely, however not in the building with the tower as we thought. The pool was amazing lovely views from it and big enough for a decent swim. The staff and the owner (Barbara) were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant (a short walk from our apartment) was really good with lovely, locally sourced food and beer. I'd recommend the chestnut beer. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need if self catering and a lovely large bedroom. Lots of walks straight from the front door all the routs are indicated with red and white markings.

Although the site location is situated with amazing views the outside space for the apartment was just in a courtyard. Doesn't lend itself to outside dining with a view, if self catering. Not really any view from here, however a short walk to the pool and amazing views

Charming place in the middle of nowhere

The flat was perfectly clean. Breakfast was good (and better than at the other locations we stayed at in Italy). Staff was really kind. The restaurant was absolutely great with delicious food, friendly staff, not pricy at all. Stunning view from the pool area. Shared washing machine came in very useful.

Our flat (as many others) was completely closed in, so although the views around were stunning, we had none whatsoever from the flat. Also, there was no private place to sit in front of the flat, everything was shared with the neighbourghs. Not ideal for a romantic (or even quiet) drink/meal. Theree were dozens of flies around, also not very inviting to eat outside.

The accommodation was very good, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly . Its a really beautiful area and having a pool with such lovely fews was good . Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back.

Lovely place if you really want to get away from the busy areas and want to disconnect.

The hostess was really nice. Making some good recommendations for us of what to see and where to go.

For us it was little too remote. The pool was cold according to the children. WIFI was not really great.

Beautiful place

Large clean apartments , of a very high standard, beautiful location, very good restaurant, owner extremely helpful , beautiful location. Extremely peaceful, lovely design very authentic, good wifi everywhere. Zero km menu!

Facilities were quite limited, in the kitchen, shared terrace is very small for the number of people staying in each apartment but you can get ones where you dont share
