Just an okay place. The staff was very helpful, but the overall impression was just okay.

We didn't like the bed and the bedding—I really dislike the lack of bedding (everything was just wrapped in sheets) and having to deal with an unwashed duvet.

What a fabulous apartment. Absolutely spotless with a sleek modern feel. Very roomy and everything we needed was there. Easy parking and access and the location was perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment but noisy at night

New apartment, very well equipped, quiet area, walking distance to beach, shops, gelateria, restaurants, cafés

The apartment doors are opening with a loud noise (with a PIN code they unlock electronically) so when the other apartment guests arrive at 2am you hear literally everything. Bring our own soap if you want to wash your hands upon arrival - no toiletries provided.

It was perfect stay

Very modern and comfortable appartment. Very good location not far to beach. Nice communication with person in charge. Great fish & pasta restaurants in walking distance, check Viale Roma.

Maybe kitchen equipment could be better. I usually take my own knives and microplane therefore no problem at the end.

Ottima base in Versilia

Residence ben gestito e organizzato , in quartiere tranquillo di Marina di Massa. Parcheggio riservato, lavatrice , lavastoviglie. Grandi spazi interni , con arredamento funzionale. Le richieste fatte a Monia , che gestisce la struttura , sono state soddisfate in maniera celere .

Da tornare..

Dalle foto avevo intuito ma cosi bello non me l'aspettavo. Appartamento veramente grande con un balcone comodo e ampio. La camera è grande e il letto molto comodo. L'appartamento dispone di due televisori (Camera/sala) una dotata di Netflix. L'apertura di tutte le porte avviene tramite codice che serve anche per aprire il cancello del parcheggio auto. Accanto alla struttura c'è una pista ciclo/pedonale sulla riva del fiume.. Comoda per portare a passeggiare il cane. Vicino xc'è una pizzeria e un piccolo market. La proprietaria della struttura è simpatica e sempre disponibile. In conclusione: Soggiorno che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Segnato nei posti da tornare assolutamente

napisze krótko REWELACJA ! było dla nas bardzo ważne miejsce parkingowe i żeby nie było trzeba się gimnastykować żeby zaparkować i tutaj super plus za duży przestronny parking za ogrodzeniem. apartament czysty, łóżka wygodne, pralka , apartament jasny, przestronny i stylowo urządzony. zapisany w naszych ulubionych na następny eurotrip :)

Super Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen, bietet alles, was man von einem Badeurlaub erwartet.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage war wie beschrieben am Fluss mit Grünfläche. Paradies für Jogger und Hundebesitzer. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig. Leider halten sich nicht alle Gäste an die Nachtruhe. Direkt vor der Eingangstür befindet sich eine kleine Strasse, auf der manchmal schnell gefahren wird.

Alapvetően felszerelt, de tágas, tiszta - rendezett apartman, mosógéppel és mosogatógéppel. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész. A bejelentkezés gyorsan és egyszerűen működött. (odaéréskor telefonálni szükséges 1-2 percen belül elfoglalható a szállás) Pár száz méteren belül minden elérhető. Udvaron belüli parkolási lehetőség. Szívesen visszatérnék!

Хорошее расположение. По пути домой открывался прекрасный вид на горы. Идти до пляжа недалеко. Еще недалеко магазин продуктовый.

Buena elección

La anfitriona Monia estuvo muy presente en toda la estadía y atendió nuestras inquietudes. El departamento es muy luminoso y moderno, buena ubicación.

No está bien equipado. Al llegar no teníamos ni un rallador ni una sartén para cocinar algo básico, pero al día siguiente Monia nos facilitó esas cosas. También debimos comprar cosas básicas como jabón, sal, azúcar, aceite oliva, etc. No tiene máquina de café ni hervidor. Había basura en el cesto cuando entramos al departamento. No están bien insonorizados por lo que los vecinos se escuchan muchísimo. No se respeta el horario de silencio de 22 a 8 hs. La ducha para bañarse es minúscula.

Pensavo molto meglio

Struttura molto carina, nuova costruzione. Ottimo il dispositivo automatico di apertura delle porte, pratico specie quando non si è solo in due (con un solo codice si apre carraio, cancelletto, portoncino e porta d'ingresso. La posizione è ottima vicina al mare e distante dal rumore della statale, la zona è veramente molto tranquilla. Altro pregio i posti auto all'interno della struttura.

Non mi sono piaciuti i servizi interni al nostro appartamento, seppur l'appartamento era grande e quindi confortevole per 4 persone e una piccolina: non c'era un kit cortesia nè in bagno nè in cucina (detersivo piatti, una saponetta, una spugna, nulla), letti scomodissimi, culla per neonata con un materasso in plastica talmente basso che la bimba era per terra (ha dovuto dormire nel lettone con i genitori), in cucina c'era meno del minimo indispensabile ( ho dovuto comperare un pentolino decente per fare la pastina alla bimba, il colino, era presente una scopa con la quale non si riusciva nemmeno e tirar su il minimo indispensabile di polvere (ho dovuto acquistare i swiffer per pulire), non è presente come si evince dai servizi su booking la macchina del caffè, ma una caffettiera, presente solo una tovaglia da tavola uno strofinaccio i tovaglioli ve li dovete portare da casa o acquistare (quando l'ho fatto presente la proprietaria mi ha acquistato un pacco di tovaglioli di carta). Noi eravano quattro adulti e negli armadi ho trovato pochi appendiabiti e vergognosi, inoltre su 4 comodini era presente solo una abat jour che non funzionava. Il prezzo pagato per questa struttura è di un residence di lusso i servizi assolutamente NO!
