Superb accomodation and experience (score 12 on a scale from 1-10)!

We stayed at the Schmirnhaus between 19 and 26 February 2022 (2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids each). The house is located in a quiet area with a nice view on the mountains and beautiful sunsets from the backyard. The Schmirnhaus is very clean, very well maintained and offers great facilities for cooking, entertainment and relaxation, very very nice. Ski area Bergeralm is located 15 min. of driving away, a sledge area 5 min walking uphill (kids loved it). Practically, we felt very much at home up there in the mountains and thank you so much for that Anja (owner)! Will definetly recommend the Schmirnhaus to everyone (especially great for families) and/or return to this place again!

Nothing, all facilities were in place, just like at home. Very well thought and practically designed house for maximum comfort in the mountains for all ages.

Struttura fantastica

Casa molto bella ed accogliente, la posizione ottima, dal giardino si ha una visuale mozzafiato. Una mattina in giardino abbiamo visto una piccola volpe . Abbiamo vissuto dei momenti molto belli! Struttura super consigliata.

Zeer goed, schoon en gezellig verblijf. Huisje zoals in de Heidi-film!

Mooie locatie met een gezellige inrichting. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op 5 minuten afstand een kleine supermarkt. Tal van wandelwegen in de omgeving met prachtige routes in het Schmirntal. Contact met de eigenaren is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader als je een echte Alpen vakantie wenst!

Eine gemütliche Kinderfreundliche Unterkunft mit gemütlichem Kachelofen

Sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Lage ist mit einer halben Stunde vom Skigebiet völlig ok, da dort auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Ein kleiner Spar mit Bäcker ist 4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ganz super war die Erreichbarkeit. Hatten ein kleines Problem und bekamen sofort Hilfe. Danke nochmal dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Alles super nur der Kicker hat leider gefehlt auf den sich die Kids gefreut haben. Aber dafür gab es eine große Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern.
