Amazing apartment right on main street

Huge apartment right on the main street in Sterzing. You feel like you live there - so comfortable you barely want to go out!

There's no AC which could be pretty uncomfortable if it's extremely hot. At least a fan would be nice

In pieno centro, moderno, arredato con stile, con letti super comodi

L'appartamento è in pieno centro, moderno, arredato con stile. I letti estremamente comodi. Tutto (check-in/out) è fatto tramite una app, nessun contatto con il personale, ma nonostante questo come ospiti ci siamo sentiti coccolati, grazie ai piccoli "tocchi" di ospitalità che abbiamo trovato nell'appartamento al nostro arrivo.

E' vero, come dicono alcuni altre recensioni, che il nostro appartamento (monolocale) aveva solo finestre rivolte al cortile interno, creando un ambiente poco luminoso. Ma per noi non è stato un gran problema perché abbiamo passato le giornate fuori ad esplorare la zona. All'interno l'appartamento è ben fornito, ma forse potrebbe provvedere in futuro qualche oggetto in più: per es. un calice di vino extra (abbiamo trovato solo 1), un cavatappi, qualche gancio in bagno...

La posizione. La pulizia. La semplicità dell'arredo. Il silenzio. L'illuminazione.

Per un soggiorno di sei giorni mancano servizi essenziali: lavatrice, ferro da stiro. La doccia pericolosa: si scivola, non ci sono punti d'appoggio, manca di uno sgabbello per gli anzziani.

Appartamento bellissimo

La struttura è stupenda, sono appartamenti grandi ,bellissimi, puliti ed accoglienti, in pieno centro e provvisti di tutto. Molto gentile anche la signora che tramite mail ci ha fornito informazioni eccellenti per raggiungere il parcheggio e la struttura. Molto efficiente anche il check-in online ed il sistema di accesso con il wifi agli appartamenti, anche se ho trovato persone poco tecnologiche che avevano difficoltà ad accedere. Grazie per la vostra accoglienza.

Non vi ho dato dieci perché non trovo giusto che un”alano” debba pagare 20€ al giorno e se arrivi con tre “pechinesi” devi pagare 60€ al giorno perché sono tre, non credo che tre pechinesi sporcano più di un alano di 70/80 kg, secondo me sarebbe più giusta una tariffa giornaliera unica, visto che non fornite assolutamente niente per loro e tutto è limitato alla pulizia ed igienizzazione finale. Siete tutti “pet friend” ma diciamola tutta perché vi conviene, se facciamo una proporzione per il soggiorno abbiamo pagato più per i cani che per noi, in ogni caso grazie di tutto in fondo bisogna apprezzare che non eravate obbligati ad accoglierli.

Schöne modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit schlechten Park Möglichkeit

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Man kann nicht mit dem Auto vorfahren der Parkplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe kostet aber zusätzlich € 15 den Tag und man muss die Koffer und Gepäck über die steinigen uneben Straßen rollen. Die Beschreibung wie man das Hotel erreicht ist sehr schlecht und man erhält die nur wenn man erst anruft. Das Personal ist vor Ort nicht da und man muss selbst online ein checken und alle Angaben wie Geburtsdatum und Ort usw. Eintragen dann erhält man eine Mail mit den Code die man benötigt um die Eingangstor und Zimmer Tür zu öffnen also wenn man kein mobil Telefon dabei hat hat man Pech. Der Fernseher strahlt die Sendungen im Original Ton aus, wir hatten den Film dann in türkische Sprache und es gibt kein Menü wo man es ändern kann. Irgendwann ist niemand mehr ans Telefon gegangen als wir anriefen.

Il piacere di un soggiorno in una città splendida, in un alloggio confortevole come a casa!

La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima, il livello di pulizia perfetto. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in autonomia, la cucina funzionale e con stoviglie e pentole nuove. La camera da letto pulita e molto confortevole (sia il materasso che i cuscini). Il bagno, spazioso e pulito ed accogliente. Molto comodo l'accesso con chiavi virtuali attraverso lo smartphone! Molto gradita anche la presenza della macchina da caffè in cucina, con qualche cialda di benvenuto! Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Vi booket helt tilfeldig overnatting her på kjøretur gjennom alpene og snakk om flaks! Fineste leiligheten vi noen gang har bodd i! Ser helt nytt ut og med to store soverom, delikat og romslig bad, stor stue og en balkong med utsikt over fjellene kunne vi ikke bedt om mer. Skulle vi noen gang i fremtiden være i området kommer vi til å bo her igjen! Likte også beliggenheten med gågate rett utenfor inngangen med restauranter i toppklasse!

Bel soggiorno a Vipiteno

Casa Fellin Guesthouse si trova nella via principale di Vipiteno. Si accede alla struttura solo tramite cellulare, cosa che noi abbiamo trovato molto cool e sicura. E' nuovo e molto ricercato nell'arredamento e nei colori. All'interno abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè nespresso che ci ha fatto piacere, sebbene fossimo circondati di deliziosi bar e caffetterie! Siamo capitati a Vipiteno nei giorni della festa delle Lanterne quindi è stato davvero carino aggirarci fra le bancarelle e poi continuare a sentire l'atmosfera e la musica dal nostro appartamento quando siamo rientrati. Il parcheggio perfetto e veramente sicuro e in quei giorni fondamentale, visto che anche quello pubblico era pieno e la gente era in fila!

Proporrei alla struttura di inserire qualche benefit per i cagnolini. Se li pago 20 euro a notte a cane, non può essere il costo della sola pulizia in uscita! sarebbe stato carino o una pulizia giornaliera oppure trovare ciotole, qualche croccantino, giusto per non far pensare all'ospite che sia un dazio fine a sè stesso. In diversi alberghi abbiamo trovato queste cose e li abbiamo graditi. Infine, nota dolente, l'appartamento è stupendo ma non è possibile aver concepito una camera da letto senza ricambio d'aria diretto, a parte la porta e senza aria condizionata!! Peccato. La nostra camera inoltre aveva la predisposizione per il televisore ma senza televisore, ma sono certa che questo sia solo un sintomo di "work in progress".

Difficoltà e scomodità nel check in, devi inserire tu tutti i dati di chi soggiorna compreso il documento (lavoro che spetterebbe a loro). email che non arriva per accedere, 10 telefonate per riuscire ad entrare in camera. Camera piccola, senza finestra, senza aria condizionata, senza ventilatore. mandato un email di lamentele alla quale nemmeno hanno risposto. Bel comportamento. bravi

Prachtig ruim appartement midden in het gezellige centrum

Prachtig appartement, normaal gesproken hoef je de sleutel niet ergens anders op te halen maar dit systeem werkte op het moment van arriveren niet. Midden in het centrum, heel veel ruimte en een prima badkamer. Ook nog een aangename verrassing in de vriezer!

De wifi werkte niet en de slaapbank ging niet helemaal soepel open en dicht. Parkeren is niet mogelijk direct bij de accomodatie dus dit moest in een straat waar het betaald parkeren was (parkeerkosten vielen mee en hoefde op sommige dagen niet)

Hochwertiges und geschmackvolles Apartment!

Dass man aus dieser räumlichen Aufteilung so ein kleines Apartment machen kann, ist schon bemerkenswert! Das Interieur ist ausnahmslos hochwertig, geschmackvoll und funktionell! Der Zugangscode mit Browser des Handys funktionierte tadellos. Allerdings benötigt man wirklich ein Smartphone oder Tablet mit Datenempfang!

Zwei Sachen gäbe es zu optimieren: 1. nachdem es in diesem Studio – Apartment nur ein kleines Fenster zum Öffnen gibt, ist man auf die Belüftungsanlage angewiesen. Wäre auch kein Problem, wenn man wüsste wie dieser Regler, auf dem nur die Zahlen 2 bis 6 stehen, zu bedienen ist. Keinerlei Funktionsbeschreibung auffindbar. Eine telefonische Nachfrage ergab zwar, dass die höhere Zahl eine Erhöhung der Kältezufuhr zur Folge haben soll. Passiert ist jedoch auch nach einigen Stunden nichts! 2. bei dieser telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme fragte ich auch nach dem WLAN – Passwort, da ich es nirgends im Apartment fand. Die Antwort der Dame war jedoch ‚ oh – das weiß ich jetzt auch nicht‘!? Nicht sehr professionell… Letztendlich fand ich es doch ziemlich klein gedruckt auf einem Flyer, der unterhalb des Fernsehers lag😉

Dette sted er nok en af de bedste oplevelser! Lokationen kan ikke være bedre i byen. Lejligheden er nyrenoveret- top moderne, men stadig super smagfuldt.

Parkering af bil var lidt besværligt. Da lokationen er så centralt, er det nok svært at gøre lettere, men så kunne prisen på parkering måske sættes ned.
