Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town. We would go back again

Right in the middle of the town. It was a large apartment. Well equipped kitchen.

Exceptional

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything & a very short walk to Monte Cavallo and Laube35 even provided us with a pass for the cable car so we could go hike. The cafe downstairs is wonderful. Lisa went above and beyond. We loved Lauren35!!!!

Peaceful, relaxing, and historically beautiful!!

The location and view from our apartment was fantastic!!! The cleanliness of our apartment and prompt attention given to our stay was exceptional by property management. We highly recommend! We look forward to returning soon!!

Nothing it was excellent. We loved the privacy that was afforded us and yet our requests were handled promptly. If there was one wish that could have been afforded was an elevator.

Breve, ma piacevole soggiono nel periodo dei mercatini di Natale

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro e dispone di un parcheggio dedicato a pochi metri dalla struttura, disponibile per il check-in. Gli ambienti sono molto curati: l’alloggio è arredato con mobili nuovi, dispone di un ampio bagno e di una cucina completamente attrezzata.

L’unico aspetto negativo è stata la temperatura dell’ambiente: l’appartamento risultava piuttosto freddo, soprattutto il pavimento. Non era piacevole uscire dalla doccia e sentire molto freddo.

Heel leuk om midden in de hoofdstraat te verblijven! Het was een ruim appartement met alles keurig op orde.

Er is geen afzuigkap omdat dit in dit historische pand niet mogelijk was. Je moet dus zelf goed ventileren (ramen openen) als je gaat koken.

Vipiteno è molto bella

Ottima posizione, buona attrezzatura in cucina e tutto molto pulito.

C'era cattivo odore di chiuso sulle scale. L'appartamento era un pochino freddo e mancava quel tocco di accoglienza in più in cucina: non c'erano tovaglie, nemmeno di plastica all'americana, scottex e non c'era una moka piccola. Mancava un piano d'appoggio in bagno.

Wohnung schön eingerichtet. Tolle Küche und wunderschönes Bad mit Regendusche. Bequeme Betten.Direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Im Bad wäre eine kleine Ablage/Regal für Kulturbeutel ect nicht schlecht. Da die Heizung noch nicht eingeschaltet war(Mitte Sept), war es Morgens in der Küche /Wohnung recht kalt zum sitzen.

Top Unterkunft in einem wirklich sehr schönen Städtchen

Die Lage ist einfach top, zentral in der Innenstadt. Das Appartement war modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts (es gab sogar eine Spülmaschine). Frühstücksauswahl im Lokal war klasse.

Eine Kaffeemaschine für 3 oder 4 Personen wäre nich gewesen 🙂

Gli abitanti del piano superiore avevano il brutto vizio di camminare senza ciabatte e alcuni giorni hanno proprio esagerato. Peccato non avere alcun sconto sulle consumazioni al bar della struttura

Moderno y cómodo

El apartamento parecía nuevo, muy moderno, bonito y cómodo. Las camas muy cómodas. Había dos secadores, que me pareció genial. Temperatura adecuada. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el centro. La cafetería da a la calle principal, y se tiene acceso des de la escalera, interiormente. La entrada y la salida de los apartamentos se hace por una calle lateral.

Lo único que diría es que no tiene vistas, pero por el tiempo que estás dentro tampoco se echan en falta, y es lo que tiene estar en el centro del pueblo.

Super Unterkunft mitten in Sterzing

Moderne, saubere Wohnung in direkter Innenstadtlage/ Fußgängerzone. Bequeme Betten, gutes Badezimmer. Genügend Restaurants und Cafés, um sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Wir wurden sehr nett von Lisa begrüßt, die sich auch sofort kümmerte, damit die Heizung angestellt wurde. Gratis ÖPNV - Karte !

Non ho nessun dubbio nell'affermare che questo appartamento è di una pulizia da 10 e lode, veramente impeccabile, il più pulito dove io abbia mai soggiornato, senza escludere che è nuovissimo e molto grazioso. La posizione è centralissima e anche molto comoda per chi, come noi, raggiunge Vipiteno in treno. Lisa ci ha ricevuto in maniera molto ospitale e si è resa tanto disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Stra consigliato

Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben eine Menge Informationen zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bekommen. Besonders super war, dass wir von der Unterkunft kostenlos die activeCARD für Südtirol erhalten haben, mit der wir einiges an Geld sparen konnten. Im Café direkt unter den Apartments gibt es ein leckeres Frühstück und auch sonst kann man es sich da gut gehen lassen.

Sonntags hat das Café geschlossen und wir hatten etwas Mühe, in Sterzing irgendwo ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Das Appartement hat aber einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee kann man also zumindest zubereitet.
