Es waren extrem schöne Tage dort. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Die außergewöhnliche, stimmige Ausstattung der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war stets, sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist wunderschön, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist herrlich. Angenehm ist es, mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage zu fahren und direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl in die Wohnung. Diese hat großzügige Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder einen schönen Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Margit, unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und immer erreichbar. Der Apfelstrudel ist ein Traum. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Stadtzentrum von Sterzing ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten. Es gibt einen nahen Eurospar mit sehr großzügigen Angeboten. Für Wein und andere Spezialitäten ist der Hofer eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns herzlich.

L’appartamento più bello di Vipiteno

La casa è estremamente accogliente, calda, arredata con ottimo gusto e con tutto il necessario, con ambienti spaziosi e curati; qualsiasi cosa potesse servire era a disposizione. La posizione è perfetta, circa 15 min a piedi dal centro di Vipiteno ma in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo e soprattutto sicuro. Il box a disposizione è molto ampio, anche un suv ci sta largo, l’ascensore che arriva al piano dell’appartamento direttamente dai box poi è un valore aggiunto soprattutto se come nel nostro caso si viaggia in famiglia con diverse valigie. Ultima menzione ma non per importanza a Margit, la padrona di casa, una persona dolcissima, sempre disponibile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze, durante i primi giorni della nostra permanenza faceva abbastanza caldo e subito ci ha procurato un ventilatore per aiutarci!

Tutto perfetto! Segnaliamo solo le scale per salire al piano superiore dell’appartamento leggermente ripide, che potrebbero essere difficoltose per persone anziane o con problemi motori. Per info: entrambi i bagni sono sprovvisti di finestre (ma attrezzati con ventola)

Appartamento spazioso e completo di tutto. Pulito e ordinato. 10 minuti a piedi in piano dal centro. Materassi comodi. Lavastoviglie lavatrice e tutto per la pulizia. Un delizioso strudel di benvenuto.

La scala interna conduce alla zona giorno ed è a chiocciola. Agevole per tutti ma un po meno per i nonni.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit zwei Badezimmern und drei Balkonen. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der wunderschönen Altstadt.
