the room is renovated with great view. The hotel is very cozy and the staff were friendly and collaborative. When we checked out, they provide us with a small gift for each rooms which was very nice and appreciated.

Very nice hotel, but need change restaurant organisation

The well maintained nature ambience outside hotel. The staff is excellent, with the exception of restaurant Cheff.

Breakfast should be better, in some details. Chef of the restaurant is probably the person out of the control of management. Opening hours of restaurant in summer time is something unbelievable. Dinner from 6 pm to 8.30 pm, in summer time, least but not last. If you arrived e.g.8.20 pm, you are allowed to order just one course because the restaurant close at 8.30, instead of that is regular opening hours. Crazy.

One night on our way south

Even though the reception was closed, they waited for us, even gave us a drink from the closed bar and next morning, brought our daughter a cake for her birthday. ❤️ A beautiful hotel, old house mixed with modern architecture, great staff, beautiful area, stunning little city.

Sehr zufrieden

Sehr freundliches Personal, Empfangsgetränk beim Check-in, super Frühstücksbuffet, kleiner aber feiner Wellnessbereich. Obwohl wir keine HP hatten, wurde es uns ermöglicht, als große Gruppe Platz zum Abendessen zu bekommen - danke dafür!

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und nicht top modern aber alles sauber und mit bequeme Betten.

Tutto molto bello, ben curato, personale professionale e disponibile la struttura è ben servita e in una posizione tattica le cene sono state superlative, complimenti al personale in cucina e allo chef

solo come spunto di miglioramento, mi è dispiaciuto che non ci fosse qualcuno a far rispettare le regole in SPA e piscina per colpa di clienti non abituati a tali strutture e non abituati a rispettare gli altri, l'esperienza ed il relax non sono stati ottimali purtroppo c'è ancora chi non sa leggere i cartelli e rispettare il silenzio

Wir haben zum selben Preis ein Upgrade von einem Standard Zimmer in eine Junior Suit bekommen. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück (reichhaltiges Buffet) und fünfgängige Abendessen war sehr gut.

Weekend di relax a spasso per Vipiteno

Comoda la posizione, ottimo il grande parcheggio, Bella e molto piacevole la Spa. Tutte le persone dello staff sono davvero gentilissime e molto effcienti. Colazione a buffet fornitissima di tutto e menù della cena molto vario e ben presentato. Stanza pulitissima e letto comodo.

Se devo proprio fare un piccolo appunto, direi che la stanza era un po' piccola. Ma in generale era tutto perfetto.

Wenn man Fenster auf hat, hört man etwas Lärm von der nahegelegenen Autobahn. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern (gute Qualität) aber gar nichts.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Frühstücksbuffet

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht bei unserer Mehrtageswanderung durch die Alpen dort. Es war ein super schönes Frühstücksbuffet und wir konnten super gestärkt auf die nächste Etappe gehen, vielen Dank.

Einfach Spitzenklasse! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten vier Nächte in einer Deluxe Suite. Tolle Ausstattung, heimeliges Ambiente. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr aufmerksamer Zimmerservice/Reinigung. Der Wellnessbereich klein aber fein. Alles top sauber und mit Flair eingerichtet. Das Essen wunderbar, mit speziellen Kreationen und überraschenden Kombinationen. Extrawünsche wurden unkompliziert erfüllt. Top Service, auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sterzing hat uns ebenfalls gefallen und Wandermöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Mit der Rosskopfbahn fuhren wir zur ersten Station, eine tolle Ausgangslage für Wanderungen oder familienfreundliche Rundgänge. Erholung pur👍🏻

De heerlijke wellness en het vriendelijke personeel; het uitgebreide ontbijt met oa verse sapjes. Heerlijke bedden, prachtige kamer en bovendien mocht de hond zelfs mee, kortom: niks om over te klagen! Aanrader: boek meteen halfpension, want de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van dit altijd heerlijke 6 gangen keuze-menu is fantastisch!

Buono ma migliorabile

L'hotel è carino, pulito ed ospitale. Sicuramente il plus è la piscina coperta riscaldata.

Cibo buono ma con prezzi eccessivi per piccole porzioni. C'è una colonnina di ricarica che generalmente in altri hotel è a disposizione degli ospiti, in questo caso mancava il cavo di ricarica e costo di circa 70cc per kWh alquanto eccessivo considerando che destination charger sono generalmente gratuiti.

L'hotel ha un ampio giardino tenuto molto bene che fa da cornice al tempo speso in hotel. La colazione offre una grande varietà di proposte per tutti i gusti. Fantastici sono i servizi piscina e benessere con saune e bagno turco, sala del silenzio e solarium. La cena è adeguata al livello dell'hotel. La posizione per chi voglia fare escursioni in montagna è eccellente e baricentrica a una grande quantità di opportunità
