Totul a fost impecabil de la curățenie , facilități și propietara mai mult decât disponibilă și amabilă .

Totul a fost foarte curat cu bine echipat cu strictul necesar .

Singurul lucru care mi-ar fi plăcut este un bideu în baie dar nu a fost o problemă mare ,am avut umpic probleme cu scârțâitul podelelor in dormitor ținând cont ca a trebuit sa ma trezesc de mai multe ori pe noapte la pătuț la bebe 🙈

L'appartamento si è rivelato molto più bello e confortevole di quello che ci aspettavamo, le fotografie non riescono a rendere l'idea: è molto meglio. Siamo stati accolti con camino acceso, albero di Natale, con cortesia e disponibilità ci è stato mostrato il funzionamento di ogni cosa. Non manca nulla: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, bollitore, forno, Wi-Fi, alexa e molto altro. C'è anche un bel giardino con braciere dove il nostro lagotto si è divertito tantissimo a correre senza guinzaglio. Tutto nuovo, tutto pulitissimo e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Calore, una bottiglia di benvenuto e un assaggio di frutta e yogurt locali. Vipiteno è una piccola fiaba e torneremo presto. Grazie di tutto

Ci siamo trovati benissimo: accogliente, pulito e in una posizione perfetta.

Abbiamo soggiornato allo Stadtnestl Apartment lo scorso weekend e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma vicina ai principali punti di interesse, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi o con i mezzi. Gli spazi sono luminosi e accoglienti, il letto molto comodo e la cucina completamente attrezzata, perfetta per preparare qualcosa in autonomia. Ho apprezzato molto anche l’attenzione dell’host, sempre disponibile e gentile, che ha fornito indicazioni utilissime per vivere al meglio il soggiorno. Nel complesso, un alloggio che unisce comfort, stile e praticità. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio senza esitazioni!

Wirklich alles: zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, alles sehr gepflegt, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und besonders aufmerksam: Zur Begrüßung stand Prosecco bereit, Äpfel im Obstkorb - wirklich toll. Das Appartement ist geräumig, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, auf der Terrasse kann man schön in der Sonne sitzen, die Essecke ist gemütlich, und die Betten waren auch super: richtig klasse.

Mir fällt tatsächlich gar nichts ein. Wenn ich Anregungen hätte, würde ich sie der Vermieterin aber auch direkt mitteilen.

Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage, Zentrum schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts!

L'appartamento è veramente bellissimo,dotato di ogni confort (dalle ciotole per i cani alla lavastoviglie, c'è addirittura la lavatrice con tanto di detersivi , ci sono caffè,olio,sale e tovaglioli a disposizione ...),molto pulito,vicino al centro ed anche silenzioso, noi abbiamo alloggiato qui per 5 notti con la nostra cagnolina che si é trovata altrettanto bene potendo usufruire di un piccolo giardino esterno (anche de non interamente recintato) e di un area cani a meno di 50 metri da casa,la proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile ! Raccomando decisamente la struttura!

Mycket bra och hemtrevligt boende nära Vipiteno centrum och tåg/buss-station

Bra modernt boende med härlig terass i söderläge. Härligt nyrenoverat badrum. Värdinnan är mycket behjälplig och det är rent och prydligt överallt. Egen parkeringsplats i anslutning till huset. Braskamin. Sköna sängar. Nära till centrum och bussar till skidsystem.

Hårda bänkar att sitta på runt matbordet. Här behövs tjocka dynor. Kyl/frys och sopsortering står inte i köket utan i ett separat rum i hallen. Lagar man mat blir det en del spring emellan rummen.
