We ate dinner which was delicious and very generous portions and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. We will definitely make this out stop off hotel in future when we drive to see family.

The coffee was excellent. Actually the pizza was very tasty. The menu really looked great but in the end we got the pizza because it looked really good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great neighborhood to have a walk as well.

Helpfulness and helpfulness of the receptionist. In some hotels and guesthouses they used to have a larger selection of food for breakfast.

We had no idea that you had to make reservations for dinner at the hotel restaurant. We waited about 20 minutes for a table and then another half hour before we could order dinner. We were constantly bothered by flies during dinner and breakfast.

My husband and I, along with his brother and sister-in-law stayed for two nights en route home from Slovenia. All four of us were pleased with our accomodations. - The rooms were reasonably sized, exceptionally clean, and with a balcony that overlooked the rear of the building - and nearby mountains. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, so it's quiet at night. - Because my husband and I hate duvets because we always end up too hot, we removed them from their covers, folded them, and stored them in the closet. The following day, upon returning to the room after it was cleaned and made up, the person who attended to it very kindly put top sheets on the bed for us. With those and the (new) duvet covers, we were perfectly comfortable. That's the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay memorable. - It's not just the cleaning staff who are great. The woman who works at the bar and the manager went out of their way to help us out when my husband locked us out of our room. Even though it was very much our mistake, the woman at the bar called the manager, who arrived within 15 minutes with his skeleton key. He then patiently waited while I tore apart our belongings, only to realize that the key had been locked in our car (and our car keys locked in our room). - We ate both nights in the restaurant. Great food!!! - Yes, as others have commented, the check in process is a bit odd. There is no staff at the front desk in the afternoon, so one must go to the bar to check in and receive one's key. It's certainly not inconvenient, but can be a bit disconcerting to arrive and no one is behind the desk. This, however, is a small hotel which is clearly family run. - Do note: There is no lift/elevator

As others have commented, the breakfast is marginal and the person who oversees it is clearly disinterested and tends to disappear. No cutlery was on the table; no milk was provided for the coffee tho we had requested it; limited selection of food. The disappearing employee was clearly unhappy when we hunted her down with our requests for knives, forks, and milk.

Good sized room with large picture window and door onto covered balcony. View of mountains a real plus. Very clean room. Mattress was reasonably comfortable - slept okay. Very acceptable for a one night stopover en route to Florence. Excellent location just 5 minutes off the Brenner Autostrada. Plenty of on-site free parking. A picturesque town well worth a visit is just a 10 minute stroll away. Had a delicious pizza and glass of wine in the restaurant! Breakfast was also good with a fair choice including fresh warm Italian style croissants and tasty coffee. All in all a very good all-round choice.

Siamo arrivati e non ci ha accolto nessuno, o meglio ci ha dato le chiavi della stanza senza chiedere i documenti un signore molto anziano che non parlava una parola di italiano o inglese e a gesti ci ha indicato la via per la camera. Camera veramente datata e piena di polvere, moquette sporca e bagno impresentabile.

Für eine Nacht hat man es überstanden !

Personal freundlich und im Restaurant alles gut und zufrieden stellend. Hotel Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten gut. Zimmer naja ( hätte mal eine renovierung nötig) Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, Kaffeemaschine an diesem Tag defekt, aber die Servicedame war nett und fit ,hat Kaffee im Restaurant gemacht und uns alle versorgt!!!

Im Bad am Waschbecken Wasserhahn mit Gardenaanschluß ( kein Perlator ) hatte ich bis heute noch nirgends. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Ideales Hotel zur Durchreise mit guter Lage

Super Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt, ausreichend Parkplätze, reichhaltiges Frühstück, netter Barkeeper

Leider hat mir das Zimmer nicht so gefallen: das kleine Doppelzimmer im Eck im 2. OG ist sehr dunkel, die Möbel sind abgewohnt - für 1 Person und für 1 Nacht im Winter aber okay (jedoch 98€/ Einzelperson für dieses Zimmer zu viel)
