very helpful staff even though we are arrived after they had gone home. Really nice and clean room, also heated enough, so I did not have to freeze.. The bathroom was nice and clean and had good light and the sower was great! Good breakfast as well, loved their fresh fruit salad!!

Superb

Nice, good-located hotel in Vipiteno/Sterzing very close to A22 (Brennero) highway and the huge Spar market as well. Quite near to the Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo ski facilities when it's a ski holiday. Vey comfortable, clean room with modern bathroom. Good, Italian breakfast. Recommend. Distance walk to the Torre dei Dodici which is impressive architectural subject in the town.

Great location just a 5 min walk out of town, newly refurbished room with lovely big shower & comfy bed. Good facilities & a great breakfast. the staff were super helpful & it was easy to store our bikes.

Nao tivemos problemas. A localização é boa e as duas saunas sao de livre acesso.

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Nao poder escolher o local para sentar ao cafe mesmo quando o hotel estava claramente vazio, nao fez muito sentido pra mim. Faltou um pouco de simpatia da gerente também. Ademais, a própria gerente do hotel sentava sozinha numa mesa com 4 cadeiras mas se incomodava quando eu fazia o mesmo com a minha esposa.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. L’unica cosa che mi sento di consigliare è di comunicare in modo più chiaro che chi soggiorna per l’esperienza sugli slittini, Monte Cavallo, ha diritto al pass per il noleggio slittini compreso nel soggiorno. Noi non lo sapevamo e lo abbiamo acquistato a parte. Poco male, avremmo dovuto chiedere anche noi. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in guter Lage

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Die Ausstattung war zwar "altmodisch", aber von sehr guter handwerklicher Qualität. Das Badezimmer war angenehm groß mit perfekter Technik. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, abseits vom Rummel, ruhig und doch zentrumsnah. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Cafe sehr gemütlich, besonders für einen Absacker am Abend.

Das Restaurant bietet leider nur ein einziges Menü an, vermutlich aus Personalmangel. Somit kann man im Hotel nicht die kulinarische Vielfalt Südtirols genießen.

Perfetto pulizia, disponibilità, cordialità caratteristiche che non guastano mai! Ottima colazione, cena molto buona Buona dormita, sanitari pulitissimi. A pochi metri dalla Torre di Vipiteno, vale sempre la pena di vedere!

Sehr schönes Hotel, absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir haben spontan ein Zimmer gebucht nachdem wir eine Autopanne hatten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ich habe selten eine Unterkunft erlebt die so sauber geführt wird. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sieht sehr neu aus. Das Bett war super bequem und das Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Uns wurde sehr freundlich angeboten länger im Zimmer zu verweilen um auf das Auto zu warten. Die Bergwelt dort ist super schön und ich könnte mir gut vorstellen dort nochmal hinzufahren.
