A simply lovely stay

The loveliness of the front desk and restaurant people. The charm and elegance of the whole place. The breakfast was simply lovely. The location. The price versus quality which was exceptional. The perfect loaction. The food and the cakes...oh my god. I would return without the slightest hesitation!

A tea/coffee making facility in rooms would have been nice. A telephone and maybe bathrobe. But really these are petty things in the grand scheme of things.

Hard to find something to dislike, but the WiFi could bne a little more stable. But this is critique on a very very high level. Don't get discouraged by it. The hotel is amazing!

The location is great, you can watch the town go by on the Main Street, and you are only minutes walk from anywhere in town. Nice breakfast. We had a late lunch at the cafe on our departure date and it was delicious.

Very comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, together with food in the restaurant. Parking for the car in private car park at rear of hotel.

The only little thing we would have preferred was to have had a bath as we did when we stayed at this hotel a year ago. Also we asked for a quiet room and this year we were given a room on the front of the hotel, which was not as quiet as we would have liked.

The staff was totally amazing. Food was to die for. Location was perfect for whatever you wanted to do. The room was so perfect. Best night sleep. Overall I think this hotel was the best place we've been in.

Right in the middle of the historic centre (which consists of one very picturesque street, really). We liked the historical feel, especially (timber ceiling), but all amenities were up-to-date. Private parking-lot for free. Recommend !

Lovely room and bathroom. Good breakfast and excellent food in restaurant. Private parking. Vipiteno is a pretty town and we enjoyed a short break walking locally.

WIFI wasn’t good in our room and could be improved in whole hotel by being password protected. Also a dedicated receptionist would be helpful for hotel guests to save a noticeable wait to check in. Otherwise this is a good hotel and restaurant.

Ottima scelta

Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno. L'hotel mi ha sorpreso in modo positivo. Camera ampia, dotata di ogni comfort, bella spaziosa e luminosa. Dotata di angolo con tavolino e due poltrone. Nel frigobar a disposizione anche due bottiglie di acqua: naturale e frizzante. Bagno spazioso. Ambiente caldo, confortevole e silenzioso. Colazione buona tra dolce e qualche prelibatezza salata. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante TOP! Buonissimo. Abbiamo assaggiato di tutto ed è stata una vera comodità in queste serate fredde ad averla a disposizione. Super consigliato. La posizione ottima e il plus del parcheggio è stato un lusso. Poco distante dalla piazza del duomo, dove hanno installato le casette di natale. Vipiteno è proprio un paesino carino che vale la pena di visitare. Se capiterà l'occasione di ritornare sicuramente prenoterò qui.

Se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli. Migliorerei l'accoglienza. Poche indicazioni un po' freddina, ma dopo si sono ripresi. Le scale che portano allo spazioso bagno. Pericolose di sera, specialmente per me che viaggiavo con una mamma anziana.

Colazione con dolci non freschissimi (secchi o asciutti), mancava il termostato per regolare in autonomia la temperatura della camera, mancava il bollitore, mancava nella camera il foglio informativo con gli orari e i numeri di telefono, mancava il telefono in camera, camera illuminata poco nonostante tante lampade
