OK but not great

Bathroom was super small and hair dryer barely blew air. TV didn't work when we arrived but was fixed. Bathroom handle came off while closing door........

Muy bueno!

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está en la calle principal de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien cuidado y limpio, es de época y tiene muy linda decoración. El desayuno es completo y rico. La comunicación con el staff del hotel fue muy buena, siempre estaban disponibles para lo que une necesitara.

El wifi no nos funcionó en toda la estadía. Y no tiene ascensor, lo cual se entiende por ser construcción de hace años.

Dormire nella storia

Struttura molto bella e in ottima posizione a Vipiteno. La colazione è stata ottima e varia. Personale estremamente gentile e accogliente. Nota speciale per il simpaticissimo Pastore Bovaro alla reception, che rende l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole e familiare.

Alcuni ambienti risultano un po’ datati, anche se ben tenuti.

Det er et sted, som vi hellere end gerne vender tilbage til. Virkelig søde og opmærksomme folk.

Supersted. Alt var godt. Hyggeligt og personligt. Perfekt beliggenhed. Læste netop en bog som nævnte at hotellet havde været overnatning for SS-folk på vej ud af landet efter krigen. Så det er ovenikøbet historisk.

Insgesamt gut. Die Lage ist super. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist für jeden alles da . Zimmer auch alles gut.

Wenn man von Norden kommt, muss man erst um Sterzing herum fahren, sonst kommt man nicht zum Hotel. Ein Aufzug für‘s Gepäck währe gut.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dringender Renovierungsbedarf. Uraltes Mobiliar. Von einem Bad kann man nicht reden, allenfalls Nasszelle, mit ebenso antiquierter Ausstattung. Klodeckel fällt einem entgegen. Unter dem Bett wurde längere!!!! Zeit nicht geputzt. Dicke Staubknäuel. Lage recht laut, die um 0.00 Uht aber schlagartig endet. Frühstück in ungemütlicher Atmosphäre. Kein Personal vor Ort. Kaffe gab es erst nachdem fertig gefrühstückt war und ein MA erschien.

Zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Sterzing. Junger , freundlicher & sehr zuvorkommender Chef , der durch seine entspannte Art uns viele Tips zum Wandern , Sport und Restaurant Besuche machen konnte. 😀

Lage sehr gut. Personal war sehr bemüht

Größe des Doppelzimmer kleiner, stimmt nicht mit dem Angaben überein, Bad/Dusche hat nichts mit dem Foto zu tun. Parkplatz nur bedingt zu empfehlen, sehr eng. Musste tauschen mit einem anderen Gast, obwohl vorreserviert und hatte dann gar keinen Platz mehr. Musste auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz kostenpflichtig parken. Das Hotel derzeit teilweise in Renovierung, was auch notwendig ist. Frühstück o.k.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Inverter ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem noch gut in Schuss.

Lage super der Rest a Frechheit!

Die Lage war des einzige was gut war

Na ja wenn man ein uraltes Bad bekommt wo der druck der Brause ne Berieselung is und ein duschvorhang wie damals! Laut Bilder alles in Glas super mordern und die Realität dann leider nüchtern betrachtet a Frechheit! Ausblick auf das nachbarhaus das direckt neben einem stand mit gasserl nur getrennt ohne Balkon den da gibts keinen nicht wie angepriesen! Die Betten stein hart!
